Last November I was visited by Green Earth Marketing lady Helen Heyhoe who persuaded me to have an assessment of my house for 拢275 with no obligation and money back guarantee, with particular interest in my boiler. Coincidentally, my annual boiler service took place two days later when I was told my boiler was in perfect order. I then decided to cancel the assessment which I did by email and subsequently by using their Refund Request form. In January I received a letter agreeing that my request for a refund had been granted. Since then no refund has been received, there have been no answers to my emails or letters. In May a County Court Judgment was entered with no reply. Finally, in June a warrant was issued. The bailiffs found the company had ceased trading at the address (which is still shown on their website) and enquiries elicited no information about any forwarding address. The Company's domain which is greenearthmarketing.org was registered through Domains By Proxy, a Company which protects a domain owner's identity from whois searches.
