THEY ARE SUSPECTED TO BE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. I ordered product and KINDLY paid ahead of time, prior to delivery with a credit card through some weird gift card thing, the company had the nerve to charge my card and then refuse to deliver product unless I ALSO paid again in cash. THEY ARE SUSPECTED TO BE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS After 5 days or me calling, finally they processed a refund, stating my credit card was flagged for fraud or the order was flagged for fraud, this is extremely insulting, and has never happened ever, especially with me. They charged the card, refused delivery and made me call repeatedly to get a refund. This is just weird and a waste of my time,,,,,, which I should charge them for, the inconvenience and rudeness from the staff. I think they were trying to steal from me. I am a well respected and wealthy individual , Green Door West has many products I want as I am vegan and organic, but for the staff to treat me like I am some kind of criminal without even meeting me is uncalled for. I would have spend thousands at this business,,,, NOT ANYMORE!!!

Awesome Folks … Very Happy Customer 🙂 As friendly and compassionate as they are professional and pay attention to details. The delivery app was flawless and their manicured organic flowers' quality is just way above most other dispensaries in California! Nutrition being very important to me I was equally impressed with their Edibles menu which is strictly vegan and organic with many gluten free options including for your furry friends….wow!
I'll be back!
