So after my horrible story of multiple back-and-forwards and yet no internet with another internet provider (UPC – see my review here if interested), I have come across with this company while desperately and urgently seeking for an alternative option. The price was reasonable, in fact pretty cheap, and so I purchased internet subscription online using my mobile phone. As the scheduled date of connection was two weeks away and as I urgently needed internet (thanks UPC who left me without it for a week), I called the customer support and asked if it could be connected sooner than in two weeks. Since I had my own router, surprisingly, I got it working, at full speed, within literally 3 minutes after the call – just wow! – and then their router arrived in two days. Impressive. This is what I call the true Swiss-quality customer service.

They still pick up the phone without pressing 20 times a button. I heard that they just cancelled their paid support. So, you can call them now for free. It's great! I can recommend green.ch as Internet and WebHosting provider.
