Lauren certainly surpassed my expectations. I found her to be super efficient by organising our rental In a short time frame (even when the owners live in France), and keeping us informed every step of the way. Due to COVID-19 we have not met in person but I feel like Lauren is a friend, through our regular contact and her caring and understanding nature, she is a good listener and a friendly compassionate person.
