Only popped 4 stars just because the workers wore dirty boots inside and bit lumps of dirt in my bedroom on the bed and on the bathroom floor.

Had a great, courteous installer named Jay. The lighting is so much better than my previous globes which surprised me. I wished l had done it sooner.

Installer missed 2 importany security lights. Possible because he did not have an extension ladder.

Great quick service

Fast and efficient

Free LEDs installed sounded too good to be true, but despite my initial suspicions, it was true and the service provided by Energy Educators was reasonable.

PROs: booking process was simple, free LEDS installed, customer service answered on a Saturday when we called to see where they were, electrician was friendly and gave helpful advice.

CONs: cold-calling from appointment booker, electrician was 2.5 hours late for a Saturday 4pm appointment, company didn't text or call that they were going to be late for the appointment and the free replacement LEDs were not suitable for lights on a dimmer.

A reasonable service but limit your expectations.

Two great guys..one to explain the service and make appointment,and one to install lights. Both very efficient and pleasant, no stress, no pressure. Light bulbs also very efficient…a couple of rooms brighter than they have ever been. If this group knock on your door…listen to their offer…it is a good one!
