Have had mediocre experience with past computer repair techs. Troy answered his phone promptly, scheduled an appointment and showed up promptly. He set up a switch and cleaned up a problem PC for us. Reasonably priced, professional, courteous and fair in how he charged for the service. Have his card and will call him EVERY time we need any IT related services. Thank you for great customer service in a day & age where it is most uncommon, but highly desired!!!
