I would like to report several problems I had with the Greekbuying company.
Order number: 5152992.
I purchased two products, a Firefly x action camera and a 128GB micro card from Samsung. After making the payment with a credit card, which was confirmed by the operator, the Greekbuying company said that to send me the product, which had already been paid for, I would have to photograph my personal documents and send them to the company, so they demanded the two-sided photographs of my personal identity and social security number.
When I thought it was all right, they said they would only send the products if I photographed my double-sided card even with the three-digit security number and sent it to me.
As the payment had already been confirmed by the operator of my card and I did not want to be without the product, I sent the photos of the card that had been requested to me to Greekbuying.
After completing the procedure, more than 45 days have passed (RF779733327SG) despite having sent me a tracking number, but so far they have not dispatched my goods.
Whenever I use the tracking number sent to me by the support, it says that the number is not registered in the database. I think I was [Edited by Reclame Aqui] by this company.
I would like Greekbuying to comment and send me the product that was paid for it.

Jennifer responded very right away. She was very helpful and assisted me with my concern. This company have a very valuable costumer service representative. Thanks Jennifer
