I am a regular traveller to Greece. I have found Greeka very useful for articles on all things Greek. Used them to book a Classical Sightseeing tour but unfortunately was not able to travel due to Covid restrictions. They refunded my money immediately.

This year I planned a circuit around 4 islands.
I used Greeka.com services and ordered ferry tickets in January 2020.
S reservation team promptly secured my order.
However, Covid 19 arrived. Borders were closed, restrictive measures were taken.
At my request, the reservation team changed these tickets to an unspecified date.
In June, I decided to go to Greece in September and implement a prepared itinerary.
Again, the reservation team Greeka.com came to my aid, which arranged everything in the situation of changes that occurred after the covid crisis and sent new tickets for ferries.
And the present? Yesterday I returned home after a month's travels. Everything worked great. All ferries followed the sailing times exactly according to the itinerary.
Thank you very much to the Greeka.com reservation team. Many thanks to Eleni and Asya, the representatives of the team with whom I communicated.
I love Greece, I love Greeka.com.

Horrible! Booked and they accepted my money to take a tour from Samos island to Ephesus. By the way they canceled the tour a couple of days before we left for vacation. They said the captain changed the ferry itinerary and it wasn鈥檛 their fault. I beg to differ! They should have kept up with the captain and the ferry schedule. I had bought a nonrefundable ticket for my family from Athens to Samos Island so we can take this tour as well as got nonrefundable rooms. I was out $800. because of their error. I had to stay on a boring island with nothing to do. They should have offered us a free excursion or something to help compensate for their error. All I got excuses. Don鈥檛 use Greeka!

They just replied back to my comment. Lies all lies.. Greeka said they gave us two weeks notice, and said it was bad weather related…

1. Before leaving for the trip, I had to contact them to ask where my voucher was. I only has the receipt of purchase. I have the email to prove it. That鈥檚 when they reported that they cancelled it.

2. When is two weeks notice of cancellation beneficial? You have to fly to that island.

3. Bad weather??? Hahaha. It was sunny, warm and calm on the island we were stuck on. We could see Turkey easily from Samos.

Again, don鈥檛 use Greeka. Vacation days are hard to come by. Be sure you Book with a reputable company who cares!

Before the trip I had a few questions and the email correspondence with the Greeka teem was very good – they answered all my questions, I didn't have any problem with contacting them on the phone either. The coach arrived on time and they also provided a transport back to the hotel. .The trip to Fathiye in Turkey was interesting, we met our Greek (I assume) guide on the ship and she told us about the itinerary. After arriving in Fathiye we were joined by our Turkish guide who was very informative and provided us with interesting information about places we were visiting (the Lycian tombs from 4th century BC and the ruins of abandoned Greek village). The only negative thing I can say about the trip is the confusion about the company organising the trip. Actually Greeka seems to engage another company in organising this trip – there were 2 guides on the ship on our way to Turkey. One came up to me and asked who I'd booked the trip with. When I told him I'd booked with Greeka he told me neither him or the other guide were guiding a Greeka group. Then on the voucher I found the name of the other company and when I showed it to the first guide he told me the other guide is from that company. All that confusion ended well but for a while I was worried I wouldn't be able to find the right group. All in all I am glad I chose this trip instead of trip to Marmaris with TUI because it suited my interests more.

Best decision I took is to book through you guys. 鉂?All the taxi service came exactly on time and boat tickets had air seats (which I was sooo happy about) and the hotels gave us really nice rooms.

Terrible service! I rented a car in Naxos through Greeka. When the guy from the Car Rental arrived at the hotel, it was not the model or the transmission I requested, I asked for an automatic car, and the one he got me was manual. When I told him that everything was wrong, he said there were no cars available until the afternoon. Thankfully my hotel got me a car right away, and when I told him I didn't want it anymore, the way he reacted wasn't very nice (when it was all his fault). I called Greeka in front of him, and after a long wait and explaining what happened, the only thing they asked me was to send an e-mail. In the end, I got my refund (thank God for Paypal), and that's it 鈥?not even an apology or compensation offered for wasting my time.

Booking through Greeka was a another great experience. We have used Greeka over the last few years and are always pleased. Communication was great, keeping us informed of information needed. We booked the Spetses day tour this year and it was very nice. We were picked up at the time quoted and had a quick ride to the port. And the seats on the boat were really great. Thank you.

The online system was very clear and easy to use. All documentation arrived in good time and were accepted without question by the car hire service on Zakynthos. Greeka also provided a 24 hour help line which was extremely useful. I contacted the helpline towards the end of my holiday with a couple of questions regarding definition of CDW and 3rd party insurance which were confirmed by the agent who took my call. If they are not there already, It would be a good thing to have the definitions available of all the inclusive provisions in English and Greek in case of problems with car hire firms.

No problem with at all. Website was easy to navigate. All trips booked a month in advance. All tickets and details emailed. Printed out and handed to driver/guide/ticket office with no problems at all 5* service!!
