I have been trying to make an order all day yesterday. Apparently some discounts were applied to my account that were not supposed to (that's definately not mine or any customers fault). In the meantime they cancelled all my past orders (that were performed with the normal way-no discounts or anything) and no they don't respond to my emails and phone calls to rectify the issue with my account. It looks like they are the least professional people I met in UK and it is essential to understand how good customer service can play such an important role when running a business. Also they never apologized for all those issues with my account and do not seem to understand how important it is to solve this quickly since all products are running out fast. (We have been waiting for greek coffee to come back in stock for nearly a month!!). I really wish they manage to solve this sometime today to move on with our proper order.
