Ordered a pair for shoes for my wife. They came in adequate time and were as expected. No problem with the purchase.
The problem begins after. I started getting unsolicited email from them every day in my inbox. After unsubscribing at least 5 times with no results, i contacted support. They did remove me from there list, but only for a month. Now these unsolicited emails are back again. I pride myself on not having a lot of junk in my inbox. Please whatever you do do not give them any email or other info.

Ordered May 27/2020, E-mail will be delivered June15/2020, June 27/2020 still no delivery, I sent e-mail to GreaterGoods June 25/2020 to try to find out something about my shoes, June 27/2020;it is now 10:20 pm ET and no shoes, no e-mail.

I bought two pairs of pajamas and a face mask from The Rainforest Site. They took my money, said the package had been shipped, but I never got it. I tried to get in touch with them, but there doesn't seem to be a way to. They're the worst of scammers, and I will NEVER support them or buy from them again.

I have been quietly supporting and buying from this group for years. It's a daily way that I can help animals in need. Always happy with the quality and speed of shipping of the things I've ordered, and excellent customer service. I was not so happy with masks I ordered recently that shrank in the wash — after all, you have to wash them frequently. However, that is the only thing I have been unhappy with in more than a decade. And even then, the masks are still cute and soft on the face and ears, just rather tight. GreaterGood does everything they say they are doing. It's not just a 'save the pets' group, but all encompassing, including charities for groups of people in need, wildlife and the planet. I love what they are doing, I enjoy reading the website updates, and I am glad that when I need to buy an item, I can shop here for it first and help someone else out in the process. The masks, for example, were 'buy a mask, donate a mask to a health worker, and donate several bowls of pet shelter food' with the single purchase of the mask.

I have ordered from Greater Goods many times before and have been satisfied with the service & products.
I unfortunately, can not say that now. Recently , I ordered flip flops and a shirt to match. After I ordered this and it was in stock, got a letter that the flip flops were no longer in stock. I had looked at the site a few days after I ordered this and it was still in stock, so don't understand how this happened. I have not received the shirt yet, and was told that I have to wait until next week, Tuesday to cancel order if not received by then. It is very frustrating since I got them to match and have to wait 2 weeks (business days) after the shipping date to know what is happening with shirt. This was frustrating but my recent experience was extremely upsetting!!!!
I ordered a box of masks, a welcome sign, and a poop bag set for my dog. Today, I received a box at my door.
The box was obviously tampered with, as the tape looked like it was re taped. When I opened the cardboard box, I took out the packing slip. The left hand corner of the slip was completely torn off , where information was supposed to be. Inside the cardboard box was a torn box that the masks were supposed to be in and the masks were loose. I looked at the torn box and to my dismay, there was an expiration date on, what should have been the bottom of the box, The expiration date was April 10, 2020. Today's date is June 11, 2020 so the box of masks that were sent were expired !!!!!
The other 2 items were not there. Only the ripped box with the expired date and the loose masks. I called and spoke to the manager and told him the situation. He agreed to give me a refund , I received a refund letter and hopefully will get a refund on my credit. I understand that it is not the companies fault that the box was tampered with and items were missing, but it is the responsibility of the company that sent the masks to have seen that they were expired !!!!! Most people, would never think to look at an expiration date so I hope this has not happened to anyone else.
As I said at the beginning, I did have positive experiences with ordering from this company, but this experience has me so upset and unsure of continuing to place orders any more. I was upset about the flip flops and shirt, but sending something that is obviously EXPIRED and having a packing slip ripped and items missing needs to be corrected !!!!!!

I ordered on May 14th…still waiting for email to say it has been shipped. But, they have been paid. So what is up Great Goods! I called and told they could not cancel or return my monies. We are now June 1, 2020. Man had stuff ordered from China that is here already. Where there stuff is good or not….I won't be ordering from this company and just donate to my AHS in my state. My goodness what a rip off. I am tired of them saying Covid19 is the reason. You sure didn't have covid19 issues taking my monies 2 weeks ago.

Saw cute pawprint shoes on a friend who directed me to this website. I have large feet and usually wear an 11 or 12. I ordered an 11 and it was sooooo big. I called and they said to return the shoes — at my expense. My expense was $15. The total spent was $32. I asked why they wouldn't pay that shipping if the product was clearly defective. They don't care. I would NEVER buy here a gain.

In April I ordered a pair of the flower Yoga/beach slippers. From the day they arrived, they've been extremely comfortable. The soles grip the floor very nicely, and the tops are SO PRETTY. I like the way my feet are able move and bend inside the slippers, thus exercising my foot bones and muscles. I do wear them only indoors because I want to keep them as clean as possible, and I also wear light little socks in them. The price was very reasonable (on sale for $11.99 + shipping). I liked them so much that I decided to order a second pair: the paw pattern. I also like that I'm able to help animals through my purchases.

Not happy that my order come to 116 Which was fine but I check my bank statement aznd you guys took out $190 not happy that you guys took out more then you were supposed to yes I'm from Australia but there should be a button to set to Aus $$$ unhappy hope my order is correct when it shows up

I have ordered zillions of things from their sites for myself and for gifts. All our gift recipients loved the things and many of them now order from them as well. On occasion I have had to call Customer Service and received excellent service. They are very good about returns and/or exchanges too.

I just received an email asking to donate towards our veterans and their animals for shelters. I thought this was great! However after doing some research I discovered that this organization pays their Executives a high salary. I was only able to find their 990 IRS form from 2017 and the top executive was making $170,000 annually. (no 2018 990 available in the IRS site) The other administrative positions were also making over $100,000. Way to greedy for my standards for a charity that's out to help Veterans and their pets! Looks like their the ones receiving charity!

I have ordered numerous items from this site, and everything has been fine. I especially like their jewelry. I usually donate a few extra dollars to the charity for the free shipping, and always receive a certificate of donation right away.

As someone else mentioned, if you want to change the size of an item you ordered you are screwed even if you try immediately after the order is placed. There is no way to do it. I contacted customer service numerous times right after placing an order and was told there was no way they could change the size even though the order had just been placed and had not been shipped. They told me to send it back for an exchange at my own expense because they would not provide a return label. So I sent it back for an exchange and they told me the item was now out of stock. They provided a refund but only for the original cost of the item not the tax, original shipping, or return shippping. So I paid more than the item cost after all of this and have nothing to show for it. Hopefully in the future they will provide a way to change orders prior to shipping. I will never order from them again though.

I ordered a Paw Print pair of rain boots for my wife. Immediately realized the size was wrong. Couldn't find a way to cancel online. Sent a message within minutes requesting to cancel (Sunday). Ordered the correct size minutes later on separate sale.
Monday morning I get an email stating that they are so efficient that the order could not be stopped. I would be permitted to return them after receiving but I would have to pay for return shipping after paying to rush them to my home. I got shipping notices about 2 hours later, but the shipper hadn't received yet.
This seems unusual. If true, then they have built in a problem into their over efficient machine. I gave plenty of notice to stop the waste of my money. I will spend more on shipping both ways than the cost of the boots I wanted to buy. Maybe they don't care that I will never do business with them again. Maybe they can make it up on volume. In my business I do what is right for the customer, even if I leave a few dollars on the table for next time. Seems like the name is misleading.

I purchased 2 pair of the black with paw print, shoes. One for me, one for my friend for her bday.
I received mine yesterday. They were black with purple seams and VERY large (I can wear anywhere froma 7 to an 8..I ordered an 8).
Clearly not what I ordered. Then I became concerned that my friend will be getting the same pair, I emailed GreaterGood, they said that it had came to there attention and corrected the issue and then said they'd refund or send the correct item. All I wanted was what I ordered and the correct size.
I email again, tell them thank you for rectifying the situation and sent off my order number.
I mention I ordered a pair for my friend, they send me an email back asking for her order number, as "it's most likely shell receive the wrong ones too"
I then receive and email from them today telling me that the item I wanted is "out of stock" so they are refunding me.
I feel this was all a PURPOSEFUL "mistake" or "problem" or "issue"!
My take is…we will send them the wrong item, if the $#*! well refund them their money, if they dont, it's a win.
The fact that they have made NO EFFORT to get me what I ordered. The fact that they were very flippant about the whole situation, is what makes me believe they just wanted to make a sale at any cost. I also, mentioned that I was going to write a review, the response was "we're sorry you're not happy with our company".
All I'm suggesting is..DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY SCREW UP, AND THEY DONT TRY TO FIX IT, AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE…AT ALL!!!

House shoes were the cheapest made I have ever seen. No right or left designated. Feels like piece of cardboard with foam glued on top of that.
I like that they feed animals but these were Christmas gifts I was embarrassed to give.

I ordered 2 mugs early November. I never received notice of shipment. When I contacted them I was told they would be sent out and I would receive by 12/06. Contacted on 12/11 since I still hadn't received them. On 12/14 I was issued a refund. Wanted the mugs, they were Christmas gifts. Not happy at all.

I actually love the items I've received from this website, and it's wonderful that proceeds go to the care of animals. BUT, don't expect much help from Customer Service. As soon as I hit the send button to approve my order (or whatever button it is to send the order), I noticed that the ship to and bill to addresses were reversed. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND EMAILED over and over again. By the time I actually spoke to someone (within 15 minutes) I was told that it was too late to correct the error. It was only after threatening to call my bank and stop payment on the order that the rep called their warehouse to see if new labels could be made. Again, this was all within 15 minutes of approving the order. Very negative help — it took forever to explain that the addresses were reversed. When she finally got it in the computer, I was told that they would let me know if the correct labels had been made. Never got a call or email. After all this, the order came to me instead of the ship to address. Now I have to reship. I don't think the reverse addresses was my fault – i checked the correct boxes, so BE VERY CAREFUL TO REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE SENDING IT!

No instructions, it's Saturday at 6pm and no one is in during the "holiday" weekend I have tried placing an item on the scale and pressing the power button but to no avail..
