I hate this bank. They always have some new fee I didnt know about. They value the word of businesses over the people. Ive had several occassions where either a cellphone company or some automatic payments were charging me without my okay. After i said to stop charging me, tht i didnt want to do business with them, they took my money anyway. The fight went on for 2 months each instance. By second monthly charge and losing money, i had to cancel the card and get a new one.im on my 4th card in 9 months. The bank swears they have solutions,has a card for diff. legal dept.'s, but when you actually talk to them, they say theres nothing they can do. They cant stop payment for that one specific company because of some bs reason. But its the same NO MATTER what other company im having trouble with. Then theres the really HIGH overdraft fees. Also i found out too late they only accept a special type of direct deposit for getting the monthly fee waived. When the pandemic started to crush me financially, i had to deposit my money daily for a while instead of weekly. I had no idea it mattered. I just thought ANY money direct deposited would be ok. Its what i was told. Anyway they didnt count all the money i poured into it. They gave some dumba** reason which didnt make sense, but i had to pay the monthly fee which is normally waived. Which in essence makes it harder on a person than necessary. I mean, i put the $1500 minimum every month so i just dont understand it. They have slimy business practices. This bank really does get rich off its customers. And they keep businesses happy. But not customers. At least, not one struggling to make ends meet like me.
