Placed an order for a product that was in stock. Item was not dispatched after a week so queried several times. Company constantly said that the item would be dispatched soon. After three weeks, the item still had not been dispatched. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Refund was issued but the company kept the shipping costs for an item they had not even shipped. Absolutley disgraceful behaviour. For comparison, I ordered the same item from a company in Germany and the item was delivered to the UK within a week. I've had to give Greatecno one star to be able to create this review which I resent. They deserve zero stars.

I found a product on this website and I want to buy it without VAT so I filled my company data and the price was still with VAT so I started a chat with their customer service asking information about VAT and I just got standard packed replies about shipping and other things not matching at all my questions.
I left the website without buying because the customer service couldn't help me.
