I ordered a pair of curtains (my seventh pair from them – 6 previously when they were called econermine). The service on this occasion has been shocking, after four months I have still not received the curtains or a refund yet, in spite of cancelling the order and the threat of legal action, I am currently pursuing the issue via Citizens Advice.
Avoid at all costs, switchboard adviser evasive on when fabric would arrive, they don't call back, the mystery manager is never available. Please don't use this company!
