I ordered a tshirt on July 9, 2018 for $9.00, they charged 4.95 for shipping for a total of $13.95. I used PayPal and they received their money immediately. I began emailing their customer support on 7/25/18 wanting a tracking number or any information. They had no record and I all had was my PayPal receipt. I sent them a copy and never heard back from them. I inquired again on 7/30/18 and 8/13/18. Finally received an email from "Alice Walker" again requesting a receipt because they had no record of it, but she assured me she would find out from their shipping company and get me a tracking number. This never happened. I either want my shirt or my money back!

I ordered 2 shirts Aug 5, 2018 and have yet to receive them. I've emailed them several times only to receive automated responses, I also tried going through PayPal, since thats the way I paid and they refused to refund my money.

And still haven't received it….3 months ? ? Shouldn't take that long, it didn't take them long to take the $$ out of my account.

Ordered a shirt Aug 2nd and have not received it. Messaged several times…told it has been shipped and will get me tracking info…that was 7 messages ago. I have asked for my money back and that one goes unanswered. They need to be shut down!!

i ORDERED A HORSE BLANKET FROM GREATBUYAZ.COM July 27 and have not received the blanket or a refund. I did receive an automatic reply "our support staff has received your question and will respond as soon as possible'. It was a service from OMEGA TEAM delivered by Zendesk.

As others have noted, I ordered a blanket from this site and never received it. After numerous emails and numerous excuses. Now I am not receiving any further reply from them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It is a scam. I saw them advertise on Facebook, ordered from their site, and paid through PayPal.

I order a Family Camping Building Block Lego set on 7/7/18 and have not received it. I email them and got a response from Selena Kennedy stating it was in transit it will take 12-20 days this was on the 24th of July and here it is Sept 26, 2018 and still haven't received it. I have email them 3 different times and no one has respond. I want my money back! it is a shame how people steal from hard working people. Kim Cook

I ordered the Harry Potter blanket in July, & began e-mailing in Aug. about not receiving it. I got a so-called quilt today that isn't remotely like what I ordered. I've asked NOT GreatBuy for a label, so I can return it. I doubt that I'll hear from them. Am hoping Chase can get my money back–likely? Barbara Caton

On July 2, 2018, I ordered a Harry Potter blanket for my daughter. I used Paypal, and I have never received the blanket. I emailed greatbuyaz.com 2 different times inquiring about the status of the order and never received an answer. Today, September 17, 2018, I received a blanket with a picture of a horse on it delivered by the US postal service. I'm not sure where this came from. It does not say greatbuy.com on the package and there is no packing slip with it!

I ordered a quilt through Greatbuyaz and after having trouble with the quilt not being received I emailed the complaints with reassurance the product was coming.
It actually arrived after 3-4weeks but was of an extremely poor quality. Very thin and made of scratchy coarse fabric. The print was very poor quality print. I have asked for a refund but have been given the run around for about another 3-4 weeks so far with no resolution. No reply to any emails for the last 2 weeks.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM…..

My story is the same as the others. Bought a blanket in July 15th 2018, waiting 3 weeks, didn鈥檛 receive it, emailed customer support, received email back saying they had to contact their shipper, didn鈥檛 hear back, emailed again, received numerous excuses. This is a SCAM, dispute the charges with your CC company, don鈥檛 waste time trying to communicate with them.

On July 6, 2018 I ordered a quilt for my daughters birthday and have not received it yet. I have sent out emails daily to which I get generic responses:
Getting a tracking#, Item is currently in Transit, Overload on orders, Item delivered to the wrong address
And the funny thing is they are all the same over and over again and in no specific order. I have notified PayPal but they have not responded either. I have requested a refund numerous times and when I go to the site it is shut down. All I want is my money back and I will be happy. It's pretty pathetic that they think people are so stupid. I'm not done fighting this.

I have been contacting the company been contacting the company multiple times and now have heard nothing. I will be taking this to my credit card company in hopes to get my money back. This is been a hard lesson, but be warned, DO NOT be fooled by and purchase from this website!!

Ordered blanket advertised on Facebook on July 7th. After I was unable to link to tracking information, I contacted the company. First, it was a shopping company issue, then it was a high volume order issue, then it was a staffing issue. I filed a complaint through PayPal, and they were helpful at first. The company then gave a tracking number and the very next day it confirmed the package delivered in another city. Paypal then rejected my complaint. (I'm pretty disappointed in PayPal over this) I have been contacting the company again and now crickets are chirping. I will be taking this to my credit card company in hopes to get my money back. This is been a hard lesson, but be warned, DO NOT be fooled by and purchase from this website!!

I ordered two quilts it was actually on Facebook when I ordered. I ordered on July 7th and have been going back and forth with them through emails. They give me excuses. I first went to track my order so I went back to my receipt page. I clicked on track and it said my order # was invalid. That was the first time I contacted them. They would say things from there was a flood of orders, they were short on staff and that their website was down for maintenance. I went to the website and it was working. Well I went again to my original checkout page and it said view order and it said the page didn't exist. I've been told twice it had already shipped but nobody could tell me my expected arrival time and nobody ever answered about why my order was saying it didn't exist yet again. I've got all my emails saved along with my receipt. Today when I was emailing them yet again my husband looked the company up and said it was a fraud. Facebook had found it out and had taken them off Facebook but the website is still up. I've fixed everything with my credit card today and I'm out of the woods but what about all the other people that will still be ordering off the website. Please help take this website down. I've been dealing with them for about 42 days and they've really pissed me off. We already know they're a fraud company and I so want to be a part of helping wipe them off the web. Thanks for your time.
