Terrible service!
I waited in all day Today for an exchange because I was sent the wrong size bean bag. No one turned up so I have wasted a day for nothing! Not happy!

Don鈥檛 bother wasting your time or money with this company!

Bean bag is a great size and made of hard wearing material. It should last a very long time. The dog loves it (when we can get him off or laps!).

Excellent service and product will buy from them again.

Brilliant beanbag good size quite firm only negative so far was the next day delivery which turned out to be seven days but that was known before completing the order so actually order came on time but don鈥檛 advertise next day delivery if you can鈥檛 get different products next day

I was looking for a Bean bag to go in my Lounge after redecorating and ordering new furniture.. I came across the Great bean Bag company by pure chance.. Great website, very easy to navigate and visuals of bag sizes against people was a great idea. ordered a large purple corduroy one.. The order was taken and reviewed.. I was called by someone from the company and they apologized that the purple was in short supply [ bear in mind Covid ] I was happy to wait the extra time and the bag turned up as promised… It is FANTASTIC … quality is great and it suits my room perfectly.. The color match is spot on.. the material is also great quality as well… Great service from a Great company [No Pun Intended]
