Taking long time to get product otherwise great work

First time buyer but I would recommend this site to anyone. More than likely, I'll be a repeat customer.

Everything I ordered arrived on time or sooner. I am very satisfied and recommend this company.

GACC can not deliver product on time, even when you pay an extra $24 for next day delivery.

I ordered product on Monday, April 23, I called to follow up, I was told the label had been printed and package would be delivered the next day.

Since I never received tracking information. I called back on Tuesday, I was told that package had not gone out, however it would go out today for to be delivered on Wednesday.

I looked up tracking information which tells me package to arrive on Friday, April 27th. I paid an extra $24 to have it shipped next day delivery. I had talked to Gary on Monday, and Steve on Tuesday.

I had a deadline to meet, and was promised delivery no later than Wednesday, April 25th

This is the second time GACC has failed to deliver on time as promised. I'm very disappointed. I would like a complete refund for the amount I paid for next day delivery. Order #100042735

My experience with the Great American Coin Company was a 10 out of 10, what I bought was what I received 100%, the timing and date of arrival was on target, I would recommend this company to everyone I know I was very satisfied with my orders.
