Can I give 0 stars? Sad that companies like this are still in business. Can only hope they are driven out of business eventually. Please take some advice – stop responding to all the bad feedback and fix your customer service model – it鈥檚 clearly not working.

If you spent half as much time providing good service, delivering on your promises and standing by your product you would not have so many bad reviews. I don鈥檛 have hate in my heart (could you be any more dramatic) in fact I care about others so much I came on to write the review. Funny how you are so responsive on here but you don鈥檛 respond to emails whilst the issue is going on. Too late to offer the refund now. Don鈥檛 blame Covid as the bad feedback predates it by a long time. I am genuinely telling you you should look at your model and fix it. Start by offering a phone number so you can鈥檛 hide behind not replying to emails. Really listen to what your customer is saying and then take action to fix it. It鈥檚 not hard really. There are so many great retail customer service people out of work at present. Why don鈥檛 you hire one of them to show you how to provide good service – that鈥檚 all your customers are asking. Don鈥檛 get defensive – get motivated to make it better.

I have repeatedly tried to email and privately inbox message this company to confirm when my garments will arrive, with no response to date. I am still waiting for my garments to arrive. I am hoping by writing this review someone may contact me and let me know. My order number is #35003.
I will continue to write negative reviews until someone contacts me and I receive the two items I paid a high price for.

Thank you for my order. I just received it and love these jumpers so much. I wasn't sure whether to order from you after reading some bad reviews but I'm so glad I did. Communication was quick and my order arrived in good time. I honestly think people only come here to write bad reviews and that's why I decided to go with my gut and try your company.
Well done ladies and keep up the good work!

I loved the look of the khaki joggers I saw on Gray Label's instagram account. I hadn't heard of this shop, so I did look at reviews from this website. I was at first dubious with all the negative feedback but I was impressed that Gray Label would address all the concerns, so I gave them a go! They dispatched the item very efficiently and I have just received them. They are great, and I am really happy with them – quality and style are fab! I am going to buy more! I just wanted to let others know that I had a good experience. Unfortunately at times only bad press is aired, and not the good reviews! I have a marketing background, so felt quite strongly that I need to put a review in here!

When a retailer has this many bad reviews and they all say the same thing…please take notice. Poor quality items, irregular sizing, items you order but then they are pre-ordered, slow postage and delivery, non responsive customer service are just the icing on the cake. They appear like they are a couple of Mums and that you are buying local but I don鈥檛 think this is the case. It is brands like this that make buying online scary. Notice how all their product reviews are positive but on this site where they can鈥檛 edit what you say the reality is show. Then they are all nicey nice in their responses like they are solving things. If you want to buy something (and ignore all these reviews) then make sure you use PayPal so you have buyer protection. This may be the only way you get your money back….and you will be trying to get your money back at some point. Makes me mad for the real mum-preneurs out there doing their best to design, create and sell good quality items and they will actually talk to you to solve the problem. Save your money and custom for them. Don鈥檛 buy from Gray Label….their name will leave you in the gray area with a shoddy garment and no way of getting recourse.

Don鈥檛 bother to ask me for my order and say we will try to fix etc…too late – after 4 months – I鈥檓 done

I received a faulty item and sent it back with a request for refund. I received a gift card and have since sent multiple emails asking for a refund since the item was faulty with no reply. I have now sent a complaint to the ACCC. No way of contacting the store except via email to which they do not respond. Very shady business.

Edit: thank you for your response, considering I have sent you four follow up emails regarding this, I am surprised that you have no details. The order number is 31596. Thank you.

2 dresses purchased on 26 December. No update for weeks until I was told that they were both on "pre-order" when I made the purchase (untrue – I was very careful about this as definitely did not want to order anything that was out of stock or would not be delivered immediately). Multiple emails later my dresses finally arrived.
Both dresses of poor quality, I would say significantly worse than anything I've every purchased from H&M, despite being considerably more expensive. The Duchess dress was not "blue denim" as advertised, and was very unevenly cut. No returns instructions or receipt in my package.
I emailed requesting a refund and they sent me through a returns label and did not comment on my concerns about the quality of the product, nor assure me that I would be entitled to a refund as per their returns policy.
Once the dress was posted it sat in their PO box for 6 days before being collected.
Their returns/exchange policy is murky at best – I believe that this dress is of unacceptable quality (the Isabella dress was significantly better, but not of the quality that I would normally buy). I have taken photos of the multiple faults on the garment just in case this dispute escalates. I am not interested in being given a store credit when I have had to sent 5+ emails just to get them to post my purchase and then the quality has been so poor. Why would I waste my time with this when I could instead provide evidence to my credit card company to dispute this payment.
Sometime throughout this saga I was also sent an email to review my purchase. I gave it 1 star. This was never published on their website. Clearly the 4 and 5 star reviews up there are a result of heavy censoring.
It's also interesting to note that, until the end of January 2020, trustpilot was exclusively negative reviews for this brand but then was flooded with a spate of 5 star reviews, all within the space of a week. Suspicious much?!

I only wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company. I bought a dress that I was not happy with the poor quality and fit and was informed by Gray Label that I couldn't have a refund and was provided with a gift voucher. After choosing another item, it took a while to be delivered and the sizing was not right and I had to return the dress for a different size. I have been waiting for quite some time now for the correct sized dress to be sent to me. I have sent numerous emails asking when my item will be sent and have not received any response from the company. The lack of communication/response is something that I have never experienced with other online companies and I would not recommend this company to anyone

My order from Gray Label was very quick and I'm really pleased with the quality too. This was my third order with them and I'll order again from them as I haven't had any problems. Wow I'm so glad I didn't see the bad reviews here before my order otherwise i might not have ordered from them and then missed out on some nice clothes.
Again I had no problems, this company was quick and great quality too. 🙂

I recently bought a leopard jumpsuit for nearly $100 and I cannot believe the cheap quality of this product ! I was so happy when I found out my items were delivered but when I opened it … I was so disapointed. I felt totally ripped off. The clothing items do not look anything like how they're advertised on Instagram and the comments are all censored. I will never be purchasing from them again and judging by these other comments, I am not alone. I will be spreading the word to all to NEVER purchase GRAY LABEL'S CHEAP PRODUCTS !! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!

I鈥檝e never felt so ripped off in my life. There was no mention of the clothes I bought being 鈥榩re-order鈥?and I placed my order a month ago and am yet to see anything for my nearly $200. They assured me they are coming but I have basically written off the money. I seriously think if this is happening regularly (sounds like it is) that they should be reported.
Will be spreading the word to NOT buy from them!

Cheap and nasty and quality; certainly not worth the prices they charge. Chinese made rayon, shoddy finishes.
I wrote a review on their site and they promptly removed it, so it seems they only publish positive comments. Also took them way too long to distribute. Don鈥檛 bother with this brand.

I wished I had read these reviews also before ordering from Gray Label Store! I ordered three items, subsequently received the items and returned one for an exchange and one for a credit. So far, numerous emails and instagram messages later, I have still not heard from Gray Label Store1 This is so annoying and unprofessional! I even enclosed a prepaid return self addressed envelope for my exchange item.
If I don't hear from them by the end of the week, I will be contacting Consumer Affairs and start legal action to get a full refund for my items!
This is totally unacceptable of a business!

I ordered a pair of pants 6 weeks ago only to receive them today and they were a size 14 instead of an 11!!! If you鈥檙e going to take that long to get your product to your customers at least get it right.

Never order from this website. I order a couple of items on Wednesday 21st Aug, paid for express shipping thinking it'll be here by Monday 26th Aug the latest sent an email as I have not received any shipping details got no response followed up with 2 more emails and still no response now I'm requesting to cancel my order and a refund as there's no point in paying for express shippong as it's now over 2 working days and the items has not been shipped!!

Not a reliable store would not recommend shopping at this store especially since you don't get the product you ordered and paid for not to mention there is no response to any of your emails. I'll be seeking matters further until I get my money back!

I wish I had read this review before I made a purchase. Yes the 鈥榞irls鈥?were upbeat, friendly but after a messy start to my purchase (try fathoming our their invoice) when I tried to return the item which did not look like the picture they blatantly said they couldn鈥檛 carry the costs of a refund! What is that saying about a business. You need to look after your customers. This company does not do that, it is a case of take your money and run.

While the staff appear to be friendly and enthusiastic, this online store blatantly buys things from cheap websites such as Shein and sells them on at a significant markup. They don't even change the photos! I purchased items and was charged $12.95 express shipping, though it took nearly 3 weeks for the items to arrive. They were not marked as "pre order" or "out of stock" but the store apparently didn't have the items in stock and only ordered them in after I placed my order. I had ordered them assuming they were in stock and ready to ship, and that I'd receive them within a few days. I could not recommend this store to anyone based on the quality of the products or service.
