I have had previous Gray Line tours, and was expecting the same Gray Line tour experience with personalized tour guide and commentary. I did not know until after the tickets were booked that the tour was on the Hop On-Hop Off Big Bus Tours. Despite having confirmed twice regarding our reservation, the bus driver was confused regarding why we had Gray Line vouchers. We were provided with earplugs that we plugged in for a pre-recorded tour (available in several languages). I've done the Hop On-Hop Off tour before, but it was the first time for my parents. Unfortunately, with only 1 bus running on the Red Line, it was not reasonable to Hop On-Hop Off at any of the stops as it would be > 1 hour before the bus returned to the site. There was also a 1 hour layover at Fisherman's Wharf from 12 – 1 pm, so we missed the walking tour through China Town that starts at Union Square at 1 pm.

I had a trip planned to San Francisco beginning May 5. Included in this trip was an excursion to Alcatraz which cost $266 for myself and my wife. Because of the pandemic the trip was cancelled in March. I contacted your people to cancel the excursion and was assured I was to get a refund. After not receiving a confirmation of the cancellation and refund, several follow up phone calls, I stopped trying. GrayLine has been a major dissertation.

We have used Gray Line before for a tour and were very pleased with the service and friendliness. Because of the current state of the world, we were forced to cancel our expedition but hopefully plan on redoing the whole tour in the Fall of 2020.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to Covid19. Gray Line was very nice and supportive and refunded the money immediately. Something that must be very difficult in these times.

I had to cancel my trip two weeks ago due to Coronovirus travel restrictions. I still haven't been refunded for my tours (2) despite the website that says free cancellation of trips.

Booking was quick and easy, it was an inconvenience to have to contact grayline 72 hours in advance for schedule.
