We spent the day touring San Antonio. Our guide Domingo grew up in SA and gave us key points and history of the city. He made it a very fun day for us. We got out of the van frequently so I recommend loose comfortable clothes and good walking shoes. Because of COVID we had the city to ourselves so it was a good time to go.

Perry, our guide was awesome, full of knowledge of the San Antonio area! Even with 2 of the missions closed unexpectedly, he made the best of it and showed us other cool things.

We did the LBJ tour with Perry and it was fantastic! Perry was a wonderful tour guide and not only provided us with interesting information but added comedy to the day as well. When we are back in San Antonio we plan to take the missions tour and we will 100 percent use Gray Line and request Perry as our guide. Thank you for a memorable day. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for another fun thing to do outside the city.

The tour was great. Eric gave us options for where we wanted to stop and for how much time. He was full of historic information. He talked a bit too much but he said he knew that and to let him know but nobody did. Eric is very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Eric and the tour to other people.

Gary is a fabulous tour guide: friendly, funny, articulate, and very knowledgeable about the area and it鈥檚 history. It is Gary that gets the 5 stars. The tour stops get 3 stars.
As to the tour, I would have preferred longer at LBJ鈥檚 childhood home. There was insufficient time to look around the museum before the tour of the house started. Once the house tour was completed, there was no time to explore the town and LBJ鈥檚 grandfather鈥檚 property.
Luchenbach and the winery were a waste of time. Luchenbach didn鈥檛 appeal to anyone on our tour; it consists of toilets, a dance hall (closed), a general store/bar and some rough outdoor seating, where someone might play an occasional country song. It might better be spun off into a Country Music tour, if anything. The winery was a small, rundown place. The tasting selection was limited to one Chardonnay, one merlot, three other reds and two dessert wines – one free sample and then a fee. No one on our tour was interested. The fact that wine could not be shipped out of Texas meant that this really had no appeal. As there is already a winery tour, this could be removed. The time saving from Luchenbach and the winery could be used to extend the time at LBJ鈥檚 boyhood home.

I arrived late in San Antoni due to mechanical issues on our plane. I and 25 others were at the pick up point and were told we had to wait 2 hours for Gray line to pick us up. I called and told them our situation and within 30 minutes 2 buses arrived to take us to the resort hosting our conference. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful day. You can't go wrong with Gary as a tour guide. His stories and knowledge of the area are impeccable. Being a true cowboy added so much to the experience. He is a safe driver, professional, friendly, funny, and knows so much. He was right on time, called ahead to confirm. Can't speak highly enough of Gary or all the many sights we saw.

We really enjoyed our experience on Gray Line, the driver gave us a lot of information about the area that we wouldn't have known otherwise. He answered all our questions. He made this trip really enjoyable for us, even if it did rain.
He gave us some restaurant suggestions, which helped us decide where to eat that day.

Alex was a great tour guide, very nice knowledgeable and fun! The day was interesting and fun and hit a lot of cool places and things. The only disappointment was we didn鈥檛 stop at the iconic Alamo which was supposed to be a highlight. We did it ourselves after the tour but as visitors from Canada we wanted more information and time at the place.

I sent an email yesterday haven鈥檛 gotten a response yet. The tour was good but not enough time allowed for the things we were interested in. The Boyhood home wasn鈥檛 open at the ranch we couldn鈥檛 go in the house and we were rushed thru the museum part. Not enough time was allowed for the Nemitz museum Winery and bars were a hoot driver was excellent and very relative and on point.
