Unfortunately my trip was cancelled due to COVID, but they were very prompt about refunding my money.

I am quite surprised by this message since we were unable to visit Boston due to Covid 19 and have asked for a refund. Can you please process the refund as per your booking conditions?

Sam was a fantastic guide, informational and funny, I'd book future tours based on knowing he'd be the guide.

Our tour was cancelled the day before iit was scheduled. My wife and I were disappointed as we were looking forward to the tour. I have given two stars because at least we were told about the cancellation the day before and they have promised to refund the cost we were required to prepay.

Our first time to Boston was amazing! If it鈥檚 your first time too, you do not want to miss the Grayline Boston Total Experience full day trip! Be sure to get Sam, tour bus driver, historian, and true American Patriot! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way for everyone on the bus to make sure we had a good time and even threw in some bonuses! My husband and I were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary the day of our tour and he made us feel special! We made friends with people on the bus too! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Boston experience. We loved traveling into Cambridge, Lexington, and Concord. Sam taught us so much about our American history and pointed out things we might have missed, if we had been on our own. We loved the planned itinerary with all the highlights and stops along the way! It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much Grayline and, especially, Sam! Xoxoxo

Overall, a very lovely ride (on 10/24/19). The lunch stop was great and the food good. There were plenty of stops along the way and Brian (our driver) was very amenable and engaging. I'd suggest though, that Brian talk less during the ride. Sometimes we just want to look out the window and experience the scenery without constant chatter in the background. Also, Brian mentioned numerous times how much better the foliage colors were two weeks prior which really doesn't sit well with those of us currently enjoying the tour.

Nice tour of the Fall Foliage. This is actually the third time we've taken this particular tour. The bus was very clean, the seats comfortable. The driver was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Everything on the tour went very smoothly. The food at the restaurant was quite good and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The weather was rainy, but that's not something one can control. We had a very pleasant tour. 🙂

This was our second Grayline Tour. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The tour guide and the driver were both great, and the amount of effort the guide put in to telling us interesting information and showing us additional areas of interest was impressive. Fabulous weather too and wonderful foliage displays. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.

My review was sent to [email protected] grayline As requested.

Thursday 10 October
Boston to Concord, Lexington 1/2 day tour
4 of us

Coach driver/guide very full of himself.. Quite spoilt the trip for us.
Don't need 5 mins lecture on how to behave to begin the tour!
Backseat very poor visibility to the right. Very difficult to hear due to noisy engine. Exacerbated by drivers accent. Commented to driver who increased the volume. Then proceded to shout to the back, Is that better….firstly engine wasn't running at that time and secondly was he really expecting us to shout a reply all down the coach!
Maybe he just doesn't realise how rude he appears.
On the positive side he did slow down to show us things, he was very knowledgeable and the Louise May Alcott house was a little gem.
Yours,
A disgruntled customer.

First I had questions about the pick up at a hotel. I spoke with Debbie on the phone and she was very helpful. After that the online booking was easy, even for me. I do get flustered quiet easily.

Online booking was a relatively easy experience. My only problem was it wouldn鈥檛 take my American Express card even though it showed it as an option. I got an error that said they don鈥檛 accept that kind of card. When I showed up for the tour their desk said they took Amex also. My only negative about the experience

An outstanding tour that covered a lot of ground. Sam-I-Am is a very knowledgeable guide/driver who presents the Lexington & Concord story in a most engaging way while keeping to a tight schedule. Also appreciated his commentary as we rode through Cambridge.

The driver was excellent and navigated the narrow streets safely and comfortably. The tour guide did the best he could with what he had. Many streets were closed for a parade and he had to improvise and we missed some of the scheduled sites on the tour.
In retrospect canceling the tour and rebooking for another day may have been a better option.

It was very easy to book. Ron and Joe were very good tour guides they had alot of surprise stops along the way including Hampton Beach New Hampshire. The highlight was Kennebunkport Maine such a quaint lobster town and home to George Bush's Compound. Thanks Greyline for providing a great experience.

Sam is wonderful! In our short time in Boston we couldn鈥檛 decide what to see so we thought we鈥檇 take a tour so we could see the most in one day and it was great! It sounds like a long tour but the time flies and I wish we had more time at our stops but understand why we didn鈥檛-SO much to see! Now we know where we want to go back and spend more time the next time we鈥檙e in Boston. If you only have one day or a long weekend, I highly recommend this tour!!

Easy on line booking. Called to confirm 72 hours in advance. Received email to confirm. Shuttle was a few minutes late. It was very packed with tourist going to the outlets. Arrived there in about 1 hour with traffic. Given approximately 5 hours to shop and informed where the pick up spot by Ruby Tuesday's. A lot of walking and construction. Great deals in some shops, but not all stores. Tax free weekend did help. Several bathrooms were closed in the main area and you had to walk around to try to find the facilities. Need more dining options. Otherwise, mostly good deals. Vera Bradley and Coach had great sales! Would consider going again.
