No problem to buy a tour. But no answer after u have paid. They were supposed to confirm me the booth. No confirmation. So I sent them an email… I am still waiting for their answer. So when I arrive, I have to ask each booth (there are about 10 booths there). In fact, the tour was wonderful (Martillo Island, walking with the penguins). But avoid to book it with Grayline, it's better to book directly with theprovider.

The driver never showed. Grayline never answered my email from EZE saying we were leaving the airport by taxi. Now I have get the 50.USD refunded to my credit card

Appreciate the rep. waiting in the arrivals hall with legible and easily visible sign with our name. Concerned with the price – $40.00 for two people in large shared minibus that stopped at other hotels enroute to ours. Private taxi at the airport, direct to our hotel would have run about 900 ARS (about $20.00). Makes this transfer service somewhat overpriced.

Booked , paid and got a confirmation email. I emailed the company to confirm and no response. I called and then they said we only have 1/ 5 of us confirmed. So they said let me get back to you to see if the others are confirmed. In the end they said they cant do anything as the provider has no space. Had I not called , I would never have known we had no tour. I domt reccomend booking with this company.

Horrible. Never showed up then cancelled on us after changing our initially confirmed date. Will never use greyline again. They still owe us our money.

Great trip – a very nice cruise in an exceptionally comfortable, modern, uncrowded boat. We saw everything expected & were given plenty of time to take photos. Easy to move around the boat. Good quality drinks & snacks available for purchase. Yes, i felt the trip was worth the money & would encourage anyone thinking of doing it to go ahead.

The tour description wasn't the same as the website. The tour wasn't with Grayline it was with a local company. I paid WAY more by booking through the Grayline site so I would just stick to Getyourguide instead.

I received an email saying that the pick-up time was from 2130 to 2145. However, the driver arrived at the hotel at 2015. I don't know whether the email stated the wrong pick-up time or the driver arrived too early.

O servi莽o foi muito ruim. Senti-me enganado. Motivos:
1. Eu paguei adiantado, pelo site, e deixaram-nos esperando 60 minutos ap贸s o hor谩rio combinado (por email e voucher);
2. Nem o 么nibus nem a guia traziam identifica莽茫o da Gray Line, e nem explicaram o porqu锚;
3. N茫o mostraram todos os pontos indicados no site *******************************************************************************-6678_12/

4. A guia foi simp谩tica, mas nos levou em locais j谩 acordados para compras apenas. Durante as quatro horas contratadas, que para n贸s foram apenas 3,poderia ter feito mais uma ou duas paradas, e feito explica莽玫es sobre monumentos e pontos tur铆sticos relevantes.
Senti-me enganado. Paguei por algo que n茫o recebi.
Espero que corrijam, para evitar maiores problemas.

The day before our tour they sent us an email saying there was no availability even though we had a confirmation of the booking 10 days earlier. We tried calling them but they did not answer the phone. There were no weather problems or reasons for the tour not to run.

The sights and experience was fantastic but we did not get the package we paid for, we have emailed but so far no one from Grayline Argentina has responded to any communication, we seem to be getting ignored.The supplier in El Calafate has checked and conformed that Gray line is misselling the package, they have also complained.

Driver arrived on time. Was courteous and professional. Adjusted well to change in destination due to cruise ship location change. Booking process is cumbersome and made worse by poor communication. After initial booking, it must be reconfirmed via email. It took multiple emails over a 1 month period before Gray Line responded and reconfirmed the booking.
