The experience of the ride to and from the Grand Canyon was very uncomfortable. There should've been more space (a bigger bus) considering there was 25 people on the bus during COVID19. Unaware of a full bus until after being picked up first. Apparently, there was a complaint that was made because the group of 14 people didnt have a seat for a child. But nevertheless the Grand Canyon and driver were great.

Change your language website. The luxury bus that was advertised was not one. You falsely advertised an inside tour of the Hoover Dam which was not available. Extremely disappointed in what was promised versus delivered. If the inside tour is out of your control, fine. Don鈥檛 currently advertise it.

We booked the Grand Canyon tour on 11/8/20. We had to cancel because of the COVID virus on 11/24/20 and was informed rebate should occur within 2 to 4 weeks. It鈥檚 now been 5 weeks and no refund has been issued. $230 we are still waiting to be credited back. Sure didn鈥檛 take that long to take my money! Very dissatisfied and won鈥檛 be rescheduling with Gray Line when we are able to make trip. Terrible customer service when it comes to processing my refund!!

Booked Grand Canyon Bus Tour on 11/08/20 for 12/7/20.
Due to Covid-19 Virus and new limitations / restrictions initiated by the Governor we called and cancelled the trip. I called Gray Line and Cancelled on 11/24/20 and I was told at that time to expect my refund between 2 and 4 weeks. I called to follow up at the 3 weeks and was then told that it might take 45 days. This is totally unacceptable for any business to withhold funds for this length of time. All other refunds from the shows and hotel booking was refunded in less than 3 days.

THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS, THEY SURE DID NOT WAIT TO PROCESS THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD WHEN WE BOOKED THE TRIP.
My Expectations surely have NOT been met for this transaction. I have used Gray Line in many other areas and always received exceptional service throughout and I Expected the Las Vegas to be the same. NOT !!!!!!!!

You advertised big windows for great views, plenty of leg room, bottled water.
We were picked up by a small city bus, crowed as hell, no leg room, no bottled water. A bumpy ride by a driver. Two people got but their were no seats for them. 8 people as to get off because of the little crowded bus. A terrible tour. Edwin Cox

Well, I guess I was expecting a bus. Probably the van ended up being more comfortable but it was more cramped during a pandemic. The ride was long and tiring.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable. He was the best part of your offering.
The trip itself was far more rugged than I'd expected. I, personally, think the Native American tribe owning the venue should invest more money in safety for visitors because some of the trails are extremely dangerous, especially at the second stop inside the location.

Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon…No temperatures taken before boarding, only mask required on a small 29 passenger van for a 5 hr ride total to/from total with 28 cramped passengers. Van windows and air filter were not very clean. Only given two stars because of the driver/guide. No sanitizer offered or encouraged. Less than adequate COVID-19 precautions even if Grayline was following state/federal guidelines. Disappointed that this is not the Grayline Tour co. I grew up with…today money seems to be priority over its passengers!

My trip was canceled due to COVID but I wish I had earlier notice I based my trip on the side trips I also got my trip to Area 51 cancelled because of it going private I would have cancelled my trip to Vegas and saved my money
