This is a total scam, I regret sending them my money I wanted bitcoin wallet top up but I waited for 2 month and then they came up with an excuse that the payment is fraudulent. They promised a refund but i have waited for 2 months now but I haven't received any money from them.
All this waiting time they create is to make sure they transfer your money with out a charge back.
An advise for anyone who come across this site stay away from it, you will be scammed as i got scammed $600.

Good but processing time is a bit longer after completion of payment.
