In general I'm impressed with the tours but there should be a way to reserve a spot for a tour 9 months from now without having to pay for it all today.

I booked and paid for a tour on November 1 for December 29. It was apparently canceled. I was never notified. So here I am on Dec 29 with my family looking forward to our tour only to call the local number and find out it was cancelled back in November. My $231 was never reimbursed and no one is answering the phone so i can ask where my money is. Highly disappointed! And would not recommend this company for booking any future vacation plans!!!

You shouldn鈥檛 allow customers to purchase bus tickets if your business is out of service due to COVID. Horrible inconvenience and I鈥檓 looking forward to my full refund!

My hotel wasn鈥檛 on their list (Hyatt Ziva) a well known hotel, so I found one that is next door to verify the zone I wanted. After that just put in airline, flight number, arrival time and hotel name. I hope it was that easy.

First, my booking should be finalized once payment has been received. Instead I have to call to 72 hours prior to my tour to redeem my ticket and to confirm the detail of my tour. This is a bit of a hassel.

Second I did not receive a email confirmation re: my tour.

Lastly, there were no policies or producures regarding Graylines safety practices for tours due to COVID-19.

All scheduled as stated. Great day. Our guide Monica and driver Vlady were excellent.
