Leo, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.

The hotel information for my booking was not entered which led to my family and I being sent to a location to meet a tour bus that was far from our hotel. We had to incur an expensive taxi fee just to get to the location. Had this information been entered, this would not have happened.

Our coach driver was a great guy and so knowledgeable.

Very interesting Grand Circle Tour on Oahu. The driver gave us a lots of informations during the ride and I got a chance of seeing a lot of the impressive sights on the Island of Oahu.

Very interesting sightseeing to eg. Punchbowl and Pearl Harbor.
The visit at Punchbowl will improve if there is a photo-stop at the location and not only a drive by at the sight…

Great Pearl Harbor and circle tour of Oahu. Guides were great at telling us what we would see at Pearl Harbor and navigating our circle tour of Oahu. Would have preferred stopping at more scenic sites instead of the "tourist trap" of the macadamia nut outlet. It was just a cheesy place to buy souvenirs and we wasted 30 mins there when we could have stopped at some places along the beach to take photos.

My fiance and I booked a one day fly over excursion from OAHU to the big island of HAWAII two months in advance. We were looking forward to the trip. Two weeks before the trip I was wondering why no one called to confirm the trip or obtain information since there was no information requested at booking except the name of the person's credit card and the credit card number. I had emailed two members but no response, so I ended up having to call to confirm. After being on hold for 10 minutes, they didn't have my reservation. Then the person on the line says she couldn't confirm the reservation because she didn't have the passengers names. After confirming all the information, we were booked. Another member called later asking for the same information to confirm. Really?? Our trip ended up being canceled due to the volcanoes. So next step…refund. This took two weeks of back and forth. The person on the other line kept saying it will be another couple of days or the person in charge wasn't there to authorize. In the end, when I go back to Hawaii, I will be booking through another company or doing a tour myself.
