Auto-Charged and Refusing Refund

Click on an email for 7-day free trial which requires your credit card details. They auto-charge for a month at $49 and refused to refund even thought u did not use or want to continue with their service.

I did their 7-day free trial, 2 days before, I cancelled the account 2 days before hand and was falsely charged 49.99, I contacted them and the did not contact me back. I had to contact them again. The finally got back to me, but refuse to refund me this false charge. Thank you

Trying to debit my account for a free subscription signon

Recently I signed up for a free subscription from this company for image downloads. At the end of the sign on they requested credit card information stating that they wouldn't credit my account just asking for the information. On checking my account today I see a hold for an amount J$5,874.52 – I had no idea of. If I had signed on for a subscription amount as they state where is the correspondence confirming same? Nothing in my email and also the agreement to debit my account – nothing! I have contacted them and ask the bank to put a hold on my account – base on their actions these people are frauds.
