My first review for Graphic Spring was Misleading. I gave Graphic Springs a bad review because I didn't get the received and It took longer than they said. I orederd a custom Logo for $99. It took 14 days to arrive. Before I recieve the logo I was so upset for being too late. Joe contact me with the email and answered my questions very patiently. After I received the logo everything has changed. The logo was more than I expected and also it was unique not only that it costs only 99 dollars. It's a no brainer for everyone who wants custom unique logo.
But the wesite really looks dead. They really need to update the website.
If you don't trust, I suggest you to pay with Visa so that if everyting goes wrong you can contact your bank for a Charge Back scheme and you can get your money back.
For me everything works well and very satisfied with my logo.

I used their logo maker tool in 2018 and it was an all-around good experience. The tool was easy to use and the files were preset for everything we needed. This time I hired them for a custom brand as we had something very specific in mind. The project was delivered on time and the quality exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

its a very simple process for designing a logo,, so if youre looking to have a logo designed quickly and easily graphicsprings is a good choice. i like that you can see the finished product before you buy it so there is no surprise. i will say the customer service is very quick and personal. i like that best

Purchased a "custom logo" thru their website. After 4 weeks the company has not delivered the product! Numerous attempts to contact the company by email remained without response.

I purchased a custom logo and never received any proofs. I emailed them a week and a half later and got some random images with only part of our company name in the logo. I mentioned we were supposed to have received them in 2-3 days and that they were inaccurate. I asked for a refund due to their slowness and lack of attention to detail. I never heard back and that was about a month and a half ago. I then made a logo myself on their website and purchased the Platinum package, which says the design is removed from the database once you "own it". The design was still available every time I checked. I emailed them and never heard back. Now I see the design is STILL on the website but near the last page instead of the 3rd page (so sneaky….). I wouldn't trust these people at all. Not impressed!

Ordered a custom logo at $99. Received a draft after 5 days that was only partially in line with our instructions. All attempts to reach the company since then were without success. No response. No logo. Would never use this company again and can't recommend it.

This is my first review for an online service. The guys at GraphicSprings have been incredibly helpful and truly exceed expectations.

When I started my side project (Tax Season) I wanted a quick and easy solution for my logo. GraphicSprings fit the bill and allowed me to design a logo that looks amazing. When I was in the process of adding the logo to my WordPress site I reached out to support and they sent me a custom file and walked me through the process within 1 hour of me sending the email! This was all outside of their service offering and they did it just to be helpful.

This was all really exceptional and I would recommend them to anybody!

We're extremely delighted with the results of using this company for our design needs. We've been using the same old generic design that was outdated. Very pleased with the results.

I wouldn't use GraphicSprings again. I bought the basic package for $19.99 but was charged $150.99. I contacted GraphicSpring about this issue but they refuse to refund the difference.

really awesome experience.. i purchased the standard package that gave me what i need . my social and website looks great!

In relation to my last review, although my initial review was critical the follow up from GraphicSprings was very good they have credited me on the outstanding and i have purchased another logo which i am very happy with.

Reasonable price of $19.99 for a logo, but they tried to upsell me beyond what I needed. I declined and they still charged my credit card the $48.99 upsell price.

I wanted to create a new logo for my fiance to help her start a new business and being an IT professional, I didn't blindly follow first link on Google Search but instead, looked for top logo designing websites out there. Graphics Springs came in the top 5 and they were my 3rd choice after testing other two. I found Graphics Springs to be simple, intuitive, with vast amount of options not only for the graphics part, but also font styles and more. At first, I used cliparts from the vast library organised into clear categories and played around until I had an idea what my partner wants. Problem was, it was a mixture of 4 different images./styles. What now? Well, I noticed other sections/options I completely overlooked earlier such as symbols, swooshes, lines and more. Using a combination of the lot I managed to achieve a logo my fiance was utterly happy with. Saved. Downloaded and decided to go for the Standard package in case I wanted to edit it (you know, be ready for the unexpected).

The next day my fiance requested a change. I made adjustments, saved the logo and to my surprise it was saved as a new object and demanded me to pay again. I read the FAQ on the website and it is clear, you can adjust text and colours but not change the actual logo. We didn't, not exactly. We did change the angle ever so slightly, but the concept remained the same. I emailed Graphic Spring support and politely enquired about the situation and raised the point of paying for the Standard subscription for this exact reason (Edit logo).

Their response was quick, polite and with a code to help me download the adjusted logo without further charge.

I can understand why people are frustrated here with some of the wording in the FAQ. It could be clearer, but then, does anyone read T&C ever? If one does, it's only if there is a problem. If you make vast changes to your original purchase, its only fair you should pay again. If you make small changes and still are required to pay, don't panic! Contact the Support and ask for help. Politely.

Maybe I was lucky. Maybe I got them on a good day. But working in IT industry I know very well that it doesn't matter how good your product or service provided is; if your customer support is crap you won't make it far. Thing is, I had really good experience with Graphic Springs and will use them again for my next project.

If I was to summarise my essay, I'd tell you this:

If you are looking for easy, intuitive and simple interface to help you build a logo within minutes, this is the place. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but you won't know unless you try and trying is free. 😉

I got a quote from a local designer and although I was OK with paying $400 for a logo, I did not like the idea of waiting 1 week just for the concepts. GraphicSprings let me design unlimited logos quickly and easily. It is a good way to see what you like/dislike.

The tool produced a great logo and I was set to go within 5 minutes.

I rarely write reviews but the tool at Graphicsprings is incredible and the staff was amazing. I got a response from my account manager in under 5 minutes which is (sadly) not how customer service works anymore these days.

I have purchased a logo from graphics springs. I chose them specifically because they said in their FAQ: "Is this a one-time fee only? Yes." — It isn't a one time fee. After editing my logo which again is free from their FAQ, I attempted to download my logo, however my logo had been 'locked' and I can no longer download it. I was immediately sent to a payment screen, which to unlock my logo, Graphics Springs wanted another $20 on top of the $40 I already paid for the logo. The way they get around this, to con people is difficult to see, they do not put clearly on your website 'you will not be able to download you logo after a certain amount of time' which is NOT CLEAR at all and is probably only hidden within their really long and complicated TOS. If you want your business to thrive without having to make recurring payments to Graphics Springs. Avoid this company.

I just wanted to drop a note to thank the GS support team. You guys have been patient and wonderful in answering all of my questions and implementing my logo.

Even a design novice like myself can create beautiful logos with this app. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a logo for their startup.

We paid to get our logo and we need the file but the website does not let us download it and when we contact them several times over the last 3 weeks, we can't even get an email response….they are based in France and dont give a $#*!..just take your money and run

Made the mistake falling for this website. Logos do not download and no refunds. No customer service. Waste of money. If you need a logo you're better off purchasing from brandcrowd.com or 99 designs.

We had a company logo made from Graphic Springs 4 years ago. I didn't save a large enough image at the time to use on printed materials (my fault). I contacted them, and their design team made me another logo, at a much higher resolution, at no charge! That's unheard of customer service nowadays. Hats off to Joe and their design team! I will definitely recommend, and reuse, Graphics Springs in the future.

My partners and I are excited about our logo! Overall a very satisfactory experience from the initial mock-ups to download the files.
