Don鈥檛 be fooled and blinded by the enthusiasm of buying a property in Spain.
Let alone this is the worse mistake anyone can do. The system there is outrageously corrupted and nothing is clear.

You get sucked into a web of lies and only realise it once it鈥檚 too late. Nothing of what they鈥檝e try to sell you is either legal or has the correct paper work. Do not ask them for any contacts, lawyer, builders, gardener, architects etc 鈥?They are all in it for a big fat commission and you鈥檒l end up regretting it.
