I am in the same place as the rest of Grapegifts reviewers. I placed my order in January 2012. Money all paid and confirmed.I have emailed, phoned, written, threatened, all to no avail. I have spoken with "Consumer Direct" and enquired re "Small Claims". I have also spoken with my local Police who assure me that there is definitely an offence and been advised to pursue it. DO NOT ORDER FROM GRAPEGIFTS. Lyn C

Be warned. They take your money and never send you your goods. I have sent many emails over the last three months and not had one reply. Phone them and they just sit you on hold for hours. Con artists!

I placed an order in early November, this did not arrive before Christmas, I have now requested a refund using their online form, have called and emailed on numerous occasions and have not even had an ackowledgement from the company in regards to this.
Appalling service, extremely disappointing!

Bought a groupon deal in December.. It's now March and have still not received my item! Sent numerous emails over the past couple of months and have had no reply what so ever. I'm currently trying to call them but have been on hold for nearly half an hour wasting even more of my money!!!

Never been so disgusted with a company!! DO NOT SHOP AT GRAPE GIFTS!!

it is now nearly march and i am still waiting for a refund for a groupon deal I bought in early december that was not delivered and they refuse to refund saying that they were inundated with requests and all will be dealt with eventually but it is coming up to 4 months now and they do not reply to emails ,horrible people
