Price was was good (demo model) and delivery very fast. Perhaps too fast as they sent it without a cutlery basket. Also I never received an order confirmation.

Do not recommend

1) ordered a fridge and freezer as gr盲nsbygden said they had items in stock on their website – they weren鈥檛
2) waited
3) was informed freezer was not available so ordered elsewhere, but fridge would be delivered
4) waited
5) was told fridge was not available but they could send their floor model.
6) waited
7) floor model was delivered, and it was damaged, and was not the product I ordered from the website.
8) sent it back

So after 5 weeks I was back where I started with a load of hassle.

Pay a bit more and buy from a company like Elgiganten or Mediamarkt. You pay for what you get.

Bra service?

Horrible experience, very unprofessional behavior. After one week they just cancelled my order saying they did a typo in the price on the website… I was making the purchase in good faith and was not aware the price could be wrong. I even called and ask about the delivery so they had a chance to verify the price. If only my family could go for a few months without a dishwasher I would take this to ARN and probably win, but instead I am buying elsewhere and recommend for anyone to do the same.

Low cost, low care, low customer serive! If thats what you want, then they have it! If you have no issues with any product from gr盲nsbygdens k枚pcentrum then I'm sure you'll be fine. However, if you have a fault, delivery or any other issues with a product, then good luck to you! Would never use this unprofessional company again.

They have lied to me 3 times.
1. With delivery time
2. Proposing other "premium" dishwasher which was no name and apparently much cheaper than my order.
3. That they're sending the dishwasher.
I'm waiting 2 months for my dishwasher.
