Missed part of the order. 3 E-mails and two phone calls later got a refund. Products were fine, customer service crap.

Poor Products – purchased planters which after 6 months have pretty much let go. A lot of the screws had to find their way through knots which is less than ideal. Having seen some of their fence panels too I would not be buying them, buy some cheap ones and just make sure you treat them with good quality paint/preservative.
Their customer service team are obviously doing their best – clearly higher up the food chain needs addressing!!.

Placed an order on-line 1 week later no contact for delivery. Sent several emails and phoned 2 numbers with messages left – no return answer. Looks like I now have to visit in person to resolve. So far service has been shockingly poor

Bought four 6×6 foot ultimate lap panels. Initially happy as seemed robust. After being up for only a few months many of the knots in the wood have fallen out. Worse still a number of the horizontal slats have slipped down. Now held together by a number of screws. Wish I had just bought cheap panels at half the price. Not the premium product I was expecting

Just stunningly poor service, item arrived with parts missing, other parts bent and twisted. Took 2 months to resolve and send a replacement, and I still have the one to be returned sat on my front lawn. Even on the scheduled second delivery date they gave me it still didn't come! Every time I phoned they said someone would look into it and get back to me, not once did they do this. I complained via phone and email, and no on even bothered to come back to me about my complaint! Great way to treat a trade that deals with timber products on a daily basis!

I don't even want to give them 1 star but couldn't make a comment unless I did! In January 2017 the builders of my annexe supplied 12 fence panels and posts as part of their remit and I requested another 30 to do the rest of the garden at a huge expense of nearly 拢4K (supply and install). Immediately I complained to the builders that I was not happy with the quality and as they were under 'guarantee', wanted the panels with issues replaced. They informed me that Grange said because they were outside, it made the guarantee invalid. Who has a fence inside? I have since on two occasions contacted Grange Fencing, supplying photos of the panels – splitting, separating, etc and am still awaiting to hear from them. I am not holding out much hope of this happening from a company who's customer service is disgusting. Within weeks, my fence looked like it had been up for 20 years! Don't buy their product. You'll be very disappointed and will have wasted a lot of hard earned money.

1* for poor quality product – I purchased 7 Grange closeboard fence panels via the internet with Elbec Garden Buildings (very good company) & after 15 months all panels had opened up, warped & split. I sent photo's of the panels to Elbec who liased with Grange. They agreed to replace all 7 panels. After just 2 days of the new panels being slotted into the concrete posts & onto concrete gravel boards the new panels started to open up again. There are various gaps of 1cm+ where the boards have separated. I made contact with Elbec again, asked for my money back which they have agreed to do. My customer experience with Grange has been OK & Elbec have been good. The Grange closeboard 6'x6' fence panels are of an inferior quality & I believe are not fit for purpose. I would most definitely not recommend these panels. Just to be clear my customer experience with Grange has been OK, this review is for poor quality goods.

I purchase a corner arbour made by them from a garden website and had big problems fitting the trellis roof sections which were all warped. So much so, that there was a 50 mm gap at both ends on some joints. There are also some trellis side panels which were warped, but more easily hidden. I got the blame for the problem because I had pre-treated the timber before assembly.
If you buy anything made by them check it thoroughly before you start

Poor Quality Product, and Zero Support So Far. Purchased a pergola from Grange Fencing Ltd (grangefen) The product arrived, and immediately I could see that all the wood was in a very poor condition. Even the delivery driver told me the supplier leaves the products outside after manufacture, and this was evident to see.

There was heavy glue like markings all over the posts and beams, that were very unsightly, like glue that had saturated through the wood.

Also, some of the wood was already splitting from exposure to the elements (proof that it has been stored outside for a long time).

I have contacted Robert Dyas and the supplier (Grangefen), and at the time of writing, there has been no resolution, or a reply to my emails – even though I took a whole day off to fit this pergola!!

I am actually insulted that I was sent a product that has obviously not been stored correctly, and that quality control must have had a day off, when passing this pergola as fit for dispatch.

I cannot recommend this product, or grangefen.

Yes, I have sent these photos to both Robert Dyas, and Grangefen, and still heard nothing.

Extremely disappointing, and on the back of this, it is highly unlikely I will be using Robert Dyas, or Grangefen again in the future.

If this is not resolved quickly, I will be placing a chargeback on my credit card.

I was promised an urgent replacement 5 days ago (the seller also stated this), and so far have had zero communication since, and still no sign of the actual product I paid for.

Absolutely disgraceful way to run a business.
