Slow delivery, took 7 working days before I got it.
Furthermore, I received uncompleted order without 2 items, one of them is a gift, which supposed to be for purchase from Clarins brand. The missed things are just out of stock, however, at the moment when I made my order there they were available.
That was my first and last order. Thanks, never again. I may have a better service for my money.

in 2 emails in received 2 different ID numbers for my package. Both showed different possitions in the PostNord App. I have now idea where my package is,i had to call kund service and she had to look for my package. was informed ill get it on monday,hope so. i the fact that i could not change the address where the package would be moved in case im unrechable. I would like that to be kronoparken coop postnord,cuz its near my apartment. but in the app it says its gonna be moved to Hemk枚p Kinna. Where tf is that??

They are cheater in a way, you may not get your order or you may only get some items if you buy multiple, the support phone never works and they don't give a **** when you have made the payment.
