'We havd a very poo experience for a company with many'positive reviews'on their website – Grando Zandaam
We ordered a kitchen and bathroom late in 2017, with installation during Q1 2018. From each stage of the process. we had problems which took almost 24 months to resolve.
Related to the kitchen, the problems ranged from the design of kitchen being incorrect when it came to fitting equipment, items being delivered broken, items being incorrect and items being of a very poor quality. The installation was also well below average, with elements of the kitchen still not being of a good standard of workmanship. In addition, the recommended 'white goods' were also poor, and within the first year a microwave was replaced and elements of the fridge freezer replaced.
Related to the bathroom, the quality of the fixtures is poor, and the sink has had to be re-glazer, and the whole shower unit replaced.
Grando did try to resolve each of the many many issues, and provided minimal compensation of the many inconveniences, however, i would not use or recommend Grando Zandaam based on our experience over the last 18 months.
