Had a call from a extremly rude trader, when I asked to return my money as per their published Refund Policy, he told me they haven't made any money on my investement. I refused to trade with them and due to personal circumstances need my money bback. Despite numerous messages, emails and now speaking to two people they refuse to return my money. Avoid at all costs.

Since posting this review I have had a further 2 people now saying they will help me process the refund, of which I am grateful. If it was a technicaliity and why it took your customer service team until now to respond I'm not sure. I hope this will now be resolved swiftly.

The worse customer service ever ! Help me Shut down this company , full of liars .

When I done account with them , they told me I can put only 拢250 and give it to 30 days if I will be happy …I was NOT happy at all ! I鈥檓 full time working woman and literally Matt Morel just pushy person who was begging me to put money every single week ! I had 8 calls per day , disgusting !
He said he will call at 11 and he called at 4pm surprised I鈥檓 busy !

However I鈥檓 not happy with this service I asked to close account 4 days ago and since than I have several phone calls from Emily , BrandA and others saying 鈥淚鈥檓 your new helper 鈥?oh please ! I said I want close account and what they done ? Put the phone on my down !!!!!
So rude !

I send at least 10 emails asking to widraw my money and close account and everybody is ignoring me !

So that鈥檚 okay to annoy me and begging for money every day for last 30 days but when I ask close account you puting phone down on me and don鈥檛 want to help ?!

absolute joke these guys, i unfortunately got into this because my buddy did gave me a reference and i didnt make more research about these people. first, it went okay, annoying calls twice a week, absolutely pointless waste of time, then when the investment made around 50% in few months, it in 1-2 days went straight to negative numbers. after that i wrote a trustpilot review, however i got a message from grandefex again, that they are willing to put in on their behalf the amount that i invested, and let the account make money, and when it makes 100% (meaning my full investment), they will send it back to me.. i said okay, i give it a shot, never picking up the phone since that, because i dont have time for this, account grew, grew, and when it was around 65% of the investment i got the info today, that my account suffered losses! again, in couple of days. out of the blue, even when i was told 100 times that this could not happen, because they have measures and they only invest like 5-10% of the cash.
i dont understand how these people are not in jail?? how can this kind of scam company exist in this age??
DO NOT PICK UP THE CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE! you will never see any money back.

A non professional company with low profile sales team who even dont know how to handle the client just after you to invest 500 euros on every call there agents are non professional and once it come or refund then forget you will not get any my advise is never ever invest with them all all

Personally, all I can say about Grandefex and my broker Anton Ashby is that I cannot be more satisfied about investing my money with them. Started small, increased over time, enjoying my dividents and definitely in much better financial shape than before. Highly recommended.

All the people writing bad reviews are not lying. If one has little money in the account they demand more to trade, and if you do not have the money, the money that is there is not paid out to you. I have requested my money back nearly a year ago. They are thugs/Utter rubbish people with no conscience. I think the ones that are happy are the ones that deposited a lot of money. It was said that one can start trading with 250.00 and if that is all you have to trade they get nasty after a month or so. Very very bad people stay away. Carma is real and and will sort this out , It always does. Hope your mamma and children are looked after after you see your backside all of you.

I did invest 1250 pounds in Grandefex 4 months ago. Today my total balance is 2,250 Euros after a small withdraw, 50 Euros. So it is so far so good for this investment. Then from now on every month I will withdraw 100 Euros to pay my debt.
