It has taken more than 30 days for my ORDER33690 to arrive

I want a refund effective immediately

I placed an order with them on Dec 5th ,transaction went through immediately ,The website says 10-15 days so I thought I'd get it for Christmas ,its now 18th 0f February and no sign of my order.I have asked Paypal for a full refund and I will get my goods from the USA, Don't use these unless you like throwing money away !

Products were not as described and damaged upon arrival. The company were impossible to contact through their website and not responsive to any emails or correspondence. They offered me a partial refund when I made a complaint to PayPal which was approximately 1/3 of the amount I paid for the goods. I insisted on a full refund which they eventually agreed to through PayPal however it cost me $60 postage (my goods were worth $120). I was happy to pay $60 postage to Australia Post as I would much rather they have my money than this atrocious company. I have yet to receive my refund as the goods have not arrived at the senders address yet but I will not be at all surprised if they try to get out of my refund claiming the goods are damaged, which they are as that's how they arrived to me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

They tell you your item takes longer than usual to get to you for cheaper postal… what they are really doing is getting it beyond the 14 day money back, so when you receive the cheap shite you have no leg to stand on. Awful. I ordered my daughter a pack of 16 鈥淕lobbels鈥? they broke the pack and sent me 1 鈥淕lobbel鈥?(which is essentially a small rubber ball) in a brown box, SCAMMERS! They need shutting down!!

Total scam! Rubbish service, items copied from AliEpxress with double the price and the $2 extra for shipping insurance and tracking is a joke.

This company is a scam and all their items are cheap and totally different to what they send. I ordered a blender 40 quid once it arrived it looked totally different to what was advertised on the site, it actually looked like it was used, damaged and not worth the price. 1. This item was a completely different blender, different handle, color shape and appearance even size 2. the box and the instruction are in Chinese so being English I cannot read it and it was not advertised like that. 3. It has a 2 pin plug which is useless because in the uk we use 3 plug sockets and this was not advertised. 4. The blender is faulty, actually felt like it was a plastic toy blender.
As a company you should be ashamed of your self, falsely advertising something, sending cheap, used,useless, rubbish, dangerous produts. I spend this amount money for this?
And to add insult you tried to send a partial refund of 16 pounds .. i want my money back.. trust and belive that i am making it known what kind of service you run.. i have open a case and will be making them aware of your con services.

Absolute scammers, what an idiot I was to not use Pay Pal. No goods turned up, can't contact them and they mislead you by suggesting they are in Australia. Kiss your money goodbye if you use this scam group.

Got my pagkage thou but the product was leaking and one glass broke, and the glue was so hard that I cannot really use them. ALMOST 2 months on waiting. I was so disappointed. Never buy from them.

I fell for their scam. Just like everyone else on here. I placed an order for an RC boat for my grandson 2 months ago. I have sent emails and they said they don鈥檛 have that order number. They stopped replying to my emails after I showed them receipt of bank transfer. I should have just used PayPal. Do not buy anything from Grandado they are scammers. I don鈥檛 know why they are still allowed to operate. Stay away from Grandado, Media press.com 100% scam.

I paid for the product, had to wait for 2 months, then there was a customs fee and when I paid, the package finally came, but when it arrived it was just an empty box….

Ordered from the swedish store and to everyone who bought and got scammed by them hiding the fact they send from China unless you read their fineprint in terms;

Use your consumer law for 14 day cancellation.
It states you can CANCEL within 14 days at ANY TIME.
Konsumentk枚pslagen, distansk枚p.

They are trying to break the law by saying you cant cancel after order is made.
Dont let them have your money and dont let this scam company get away with these scam acts.

I recently purchased and noticed in the orderconfirmation of their shipping from China and extra fees.
SoI have filed complaint and using my consumer law and now await their response. Luckily I payed using paypal so I can dispute there.
For others, go to "konsumentk枚psverket" webpage and contact them through phone.
As long as you have proof you have contacted them about a cancellation within 14 days of making the order then you are fine to proceed.

Ordered in November, money taken straight away. No goods arrived. Tried to contact them denied my account number existed. Email would not send. How stupid was I not to look at the reviews of this shit company first!

This far i like the product, I would probably from here again order. Only bad side was the shipping, it took too long but it is understandable because of Covid.

Unserious. Not possible to cancel order and have to pay for customs, none of which was apparent at point of purchase.

How does Google retrieve this website when you search for products? I bought a model boat. I do not expect to see it. It looks like a scam site.
