I'd give it no stars… they sent me an imitation, fake item. And it didn鈥檛 work. Since they're in China, no recourse. If I sent item back, (super expensive to do) they would just replace it! Which was not possible given they make fakes instead of what you ordered. Or since I proved it was defective, they gave me shipping and 40% of value back. Do not ever deal or buy from this site. The only thing, they did communicate, but fill out form took forever to send given it doesn't recognise your order number. It鈥檚 a total scam. Stay away!

Yet another disgusted customer. SCAM COMPANY. Also having to get my money back through PayPal like other customers.

Scam site !!! Have reported cannot get hold of company sending reply鈥檚 on trust pilot as if they are real. Reporting company at uk!!!!

Its a con website. Avoid at all cost. I got stung trying to an xmas gift. Am now fighting to get my money back through paypal.

I put an order in last week tor a birthday present for my daughter and the money has been taken out… I got no conformation no email… I also got the track and trace but can't trace my order if I don't have a order number… I've tried contacting thru the site and been no luck ther… I just hope the item comes to my door because my daughter is waiting for it and will b upset if it doesn't come… I won't b happy to as I paid for the item

After multiple failed attempts of getting a reply, my item is yet to arrive. I believe the tracking info they send to you is fake as there has been no movement on my order for over a week at least, either that or it doesn't get updated. Any replies I do receive are pointless attempts to fob me off just that little while longer. I will give them until the end of this week and will instruct my bank to extract the payment back and report the company for fraud. Avoid this company at all costs, non existent customer service. I did not realise at time of purchase this was not coming from the UK, how companies are allowed to continue to trade like this is criminal. Im not just a bitter customer, genuine frustration hoping to stop others making the same mistake.

i waited months for my order. i send multiple request, where is it? is it coming? at one point i was so fed up i requested a refund… not ONE answer! after 3 months der finally replied just to say if it's multiple orders it's gonna come in different packages.
in the end two out of four arrived, but i never got my money or an answer back about the rest of my order.

never experienced a costumer service THAT bad, they just ignore you as long as they can and then won't help you.
never gonna buy form here ever again.

Grandado is a fraud company. They never deliver the foot tub I paid for. They replied to the email on 14/01/2021 after 25 days I paid and saying the foot tub get lost in the delivery and this product is no more available. When I request to refund and then they never reply.
In fact, this foot tub is still selling on their website. This is a fraud company.

Not recommended because items are overpriced compare with other online shops. I received my item incomplete and not as it is described on their page. Too much hasle to return or to refund.

I bought a wok and got only a flimsy lid. Tried numerous times to contact customer services but email on their site just buffers… scam seems to be the justified tag for this company. I advise to shop elsewhere…

I bought a product from them back in november and had a 30 day period to arrive. I believe the product was never sent or sent through some really bad courrier because now it has been three months and nothing arrived, consideri g that I bought things from China after that and they arrived just fine. From what I researched about them they are a scam company. Don鈥檛 buy from them them. What they are doing is a crime, because they take your money but never send anything. I have been robbed and abused by this website and My absolute advice is dont buy from them. My order number was GRAN-ITA-1779

Poor communication, very slow delivery

You pay for tracktrace but don't receive it. They don't deliver on time. Contact is nearly impossible. Returns are hard. Cancelling order is not possible.

They pose as a local company when in fact they are in China, there's your first problem, China and Chinese lying to the consumer in order to fraudulently take money. Can not be trusted. My item never turned up however I did get my money back through PayPal.

God will punish this people, they took my money and didn't not send the item.

Ordered a beyblade launcher for my son. The launcher is too small to fit beyblades. The online complaint / return system they have won't recognise the order code they gave me and there is no way of getting a refund I can tell off. Abysmal customer service, stay well clear!

The product arrived eventually and was exactly what I had ordered so I am pleased after reading all the negative reviews. I think this company needs to work on its customer services and communications as what was immensely frustrating was not being able to find out what was happening to the order. BUT I am pleased with the product

Not even 1 Star….My order was placed and paid for over a 6 weeks ago. It never arrived. Impossible to contact them. I wish I鈥檇 read these Reviews before ordering. They are A SCAM dishonest company company. Disgusted that they can take peoples hard earned money and have no intentions of sending anything. To make matters worse I am a Pensioner and this was my daughters Christmas Present. I couldn鈥檛 afford to buy her anything else. Disgusting, despicable low lives.

Grandado is a real company and seems to be good so far. They have given me tracking information.

Ordered 5 items in October, got told that one item was out of stock (even though I could order it online). I asked it to be replaced, took 10 days to get a confirmation the item was replaced in the order.
In December (1 month later) items still did not arrive.
This created a problem at my end so I ask for a refund. They asked me to wait one more week to be sure the items did not arrive.
The order was finally partially refund. The lady did not even stated how much was refunded but said it will take 5 days to show. I asked for the exact amount, no answer.
I wasted another week explaining over and over that the items did not arrive and I needed the full refund to be able to reorder urgently from another company as I needed the items.
I eventually had to handle the problem myself and I still doubt that the fact they created a problem was even understood.
More over, first the lady said part of the order was delivered maybe to my neighbor and the second and last part of the order will take up to 30 days to arrive. After she said the last item of the order was delivered "today".
To sum up, 1) incredibly slow service. 2) I asked for A, after weeks and weeks I got C, H, and Y and still I am not even sure they understood I need A. 3) unclear communication… first the order will take 30 days, second it arrived today (which is not true)…
Bottom line, maybe this is a isolate case of bad service, sure enough I will not order again from this company.

I wish I had looked this website up before purchasing. They did send an item out to me but it was not the item I ordered from the description. The description of the product was completely misleading and wrong. Very angry with myself for being scammed.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Cheap, fake, crap products. I ordered my daughter a dinosaur mask. Received eventually. Terrible quality. Cheap, fake version. How are this company allowed to keep trading? AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Order from anywhere except here.
