Grand Mirrors is the worst company I have ever had to work with. That is saying a lot as I have rehabbed over 30 buildings. Five out of six custom mirrors have failed and Grand Mirrors has refused to repair them. GM sent some new power supplies, of which I had to pay to have installed, but the the power supplies only worked with 2 of the mirrors. I have 3 mirrors currently not working. I have been getting the run-a-round from GM for two and a half years. DO NOT USE GRAND MIRRORS unless you want an inferior product and a lot of frustration!

We purchased six mirrors from grand mirrors and five of them have failed. Their customer service consists of someone telling you you need to fix it and sending you a AC DC converter. We were able to repair three of them but two we found impossible to repair. This is due to the fact the mirrors are failing somewhere inside, (problem is not the converter), and they are sealed in a caulk like material that we are afraid to try to remove. Grand Mirrors has been of no assistance as they continue to play games with us. We have removed and reinstalled each of the mirrors multiple times trying to give them the information they are keep requesting. We have to reinstall the mirrors each time because each response from Grand Mirrors takes multiple days. It became obvious after the third time with each mirror that they had no interest in repairing these mirrors or properly assisting us in repairing them. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money and DO NOT BUY THESE MIRRORS!

I recently ordered Hollywood Mirrors which I customized into an oval mirror. My expectation was high and it delivered well. love my new vanity mirror. Ciao!

Enjoying our mirror at home. Over-all great product. The Backlit mirror is lit and hoping to buy the etch mirror soon.

The quality of the mirrors are high quality, im really impressed. However, the shipping took a little awhile, which i honestly understand because they manufacture each mirror from scratch.
Over all, good purchase and good company to deal with.
