We used NY Grand Shuttle from and to the JFK airport. Joe picked us up for both rides. He was very nice and courteous. He was also early for both pickups. At the airport he met us by the baggage claim, Joe had a sign with our name on it. It was a pleasure to ride in the brand new car. Will definitely use again next time I'm in New York.
