Bad customer service.a rip off. Product is cheap quality but price are expensive

Do NOT buy your furniture from Grand Home Furnishings! They are the worst for giving you a delivery date and then the day before you get a call saying they can't deliver for another 3 days because their warehouse didn't feel like running a second truck with orders when the first truck was loaded. What kind of business is this? You put your customers out because your warehouse doesn't want to run a second truck to fill orders!
This has happened twice with my orders from them. Never again will I purchase from them because of this lame service. They are eager to take your money, but after that they can care less about getting your furniture to you or even try to make a solution.
Best advice is to shop elsewhere! Maybe if they loose enough sales, they may get a clue as to what's going on with their warehouse.

The only place to shop for Furniture. Associates know and listen to your needs and narrow down to the perfect match. Matt was outstanding, and we will make sure to do all our Furniture Shopping at the Waynesboro Grand.

My husband and I went to purchase a new mattress! We were quite fortunate to have gotten Samantha Stanley as our sales associate! She greeted us with a warm smile and of course the traditional 鈥淐oke鈥檚 鈥?! She was impressively knowledgeable of all the features! I will definitely go back to Grands hoping 鈥淪am鈥?will be there 鉂わ笍

My furniture had to be ordered so I have not been able to enjoy it yet. My experience with my sales person Bart Long was wonderful. He did not push or rush us to buy anything. He was very helpful and took his time with us. I was just looking for furniture and with the wonderful customer service and very nice Lazy Boy couches I decided to buy that day. I will be returning to Grand's for any other purchases. Thanks, Belinda Phillips

The sales experience to this point was flawless. I reserved one star because the bed rails could not be found so I am still waiting to take delivery.

We were told at the time of sale that our furniture was due in the next day and could be delivered that weekend (in 3 days). Come to find out, our furniture was on back order from the factory and could be 3-4 weeks before we will get it! Honesty is a big thing to me and I am not pleased with the level of dishonesty used to make the sale!

The sales representative was fantastic, he was kind and very helpful. But when I called the billing department to see when I would get my bill and to check to see if they had the correct address, she told me no before I even finished my question. She thought I was asking a financial question that only Wells Fargo could answer, but I completed my sentence after she rudely interrupted me and she oh yeah I can check. It would of made it a lot easier if she would of just let me finish talking before just telling me no. I won鈥檛 be buying from here again simply because I don鈥檛 want to have to deal with a rude women every time I have to pay my bill or ask a question. I do appreciate the salesman but I won鈥檛 be dealing with him for the long run.
