A grammar check is used to confirm any written text on word document to be free of spelling, punctuations, and grammatical errors. It is programmed to spot mistakes and propose other options to correct the spelling and sentences.
To check the grammar and spelling of text using Microsoft word, you must first open a word document. On the upper middle portion you will see 鈥渞eview鈥? click it. Then click the 鈥淎BC Spelling & Grammar鈥? A box will pop up and will tell you what needs to corrected. But if your text is perfect, you will see a message containing 鈥渢he spelling and grammar check is complete鈥? You will know if you have typed a wrong spelling by seeing a red wavy line under the misspelled word and a green wavy line for a probable grammar error. At the lower left portion, you can see a tiny box with book and pen, it moves as you write. A blue check will appear if there is no error on your text and will have a red X if there is any mistake. This however is for word 2007.
