Gramista is one of the best Instagram Growth Service. Been using them for some time now and my account has been growing at a good rate. I am usually hesitant while using services but their customer support was helpful with everything. So glad that I found them!

The account as per today (21/03/2020) is not working at all. It hasn't been working since I opened my profile a week ago. A waste of money. I wrote many emails to them without a single answer. Worse experience ever!!

Two years ago it used to work. Then I tried it August last year and it didn't work. I had to contact support twice before Getting a refund. All it does is rest and it doesn't like or follow anything. I tried it again and bought two separate licenses to see if maybe I made a mistake, but I did not it's still rested the whole time while it took my money. How many people have been also scammed this way and they don't realize? I just wrote them to get my money back.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, TRUST ME!!!!

I recently signed up for this service a few months back to help market my business account on Instagram. It appeared to be working, but then within a few hours I noticed it said " license is paused". I sent in a request and received a response from Tina (I'll Post it below) basically about Instagram is messing with their algorithm.

The issue kept happening and I asked for a refund. I received a message back from Tina, with Gramista who gave me assurance that I would receive a refund. They even issued me a reference number of (24735). This was back in August 30, 2019. Today, 10/24/19 I am still waiting for the refund or response. The fee was for $89.99 for the service and a separate random $2.70 "International Transaction Fee".

I have yet seen my refund or hear back. I have used their service in the past and was satisfied. Something clearly has happened, which I understand. The part I do not like is how they (as a company) took my money and said they would issue a refund and never have.

I would just avoid wasting your money because I can promise your account may appear to be working a few hours and you'll run into issues.

Same experience as others who've posted here. Gramista worked great for a little bit last year, but then over the summer my account kept getting blocked. When I emailed customer service they said it was an issue their developers were working on. I've since requested a refund SIX TIMES over 12 weeks, and their customer service team has never replied. Absolutely terrible. Use Kicksta instead!

I've used Gramista for some time and it used to do exactly what it said on the tin. Unfortunately however recently just over a month the service has stopped working. Would have initially recommended their service to anyone but now not at all. They have not actively told me the service stopped working. Only informed me there was an issue after i emailed 4 times to their customer service suggesting the prospect of getting my bank to cancel the transaction on their behalf. They are super slow to respond. They say their dev team is working on a fix but 1 month on from this communication and nothing is working. Requested full refund, no response. Requesting refund via bank.

I've been using Gramista for about 2 years. It's been pretty solid in growing my account In the last 3-4 weeks, my Gramista account has stopped functioning and I've emailed support 4 times with no answer. I guess they've scammed us out of our money and gone radio silent. Looking for alternatives now.

DO NOT USE.

First time it worked and customer service got back to me, no issues.

Second time round, 6 days out of 90 and my plan is paused. Not working and no replies from their customer service. Where's my money? No where to be seen.

Hopefully after 15 days I can get my money back from my bank.

I read because they have 'gram' in their name. Instagram can legally close then down – maybe that's why they have disappeared.

Anyways, don't buy any plans from them. They will take your money and you will not hear back from them.

I gave them 24 hours to refund my money. Nothing.
I have now given them 14 days to respond.
I have informed my bank and will start civil proceedings.

I have now been banned from logging in. Haha. The important thing is, I have got my money back through HSBC ??

Signed up for a month of Gramista but they paused the account after 15 days and despite repeated emails they went radio silent and will not give me an explanation or a refund for the 15 unexpired days of of the license. My Instagram account works fine so it is nothing Instgram did to the account.

This is the badest I have ever seen!
5-6 likes, then resting ! 11 minutes , then 2 likes again resting for 45 minutes, again liking 4-5 pictures and then resting and good night !?!? Are u serious ? I don鈥檛 give 1Star – what a fail!

Only good things can be said about Gramista.

I've been using this site on and off for about 1 year now and I've seen real growth on my Instagram account. I'm mostly hesitant in using tools when it comes to my account as I'm very dedicated in creating a good Instagram profile. It's not a site that'll just hand you fake impressions or followers, it's a tool that has to be used continuously to generate results. They actually engage on your Instagram account to target genuine audiences based on your hashtags and locations.

I've gotten real responses from real people interested in my art page so thank you very much!
