Gram A/S

Hello,
Gram's Induction plates are highly not recommended.

We have bought an induction plate some 8 months ago. We were never satisfied with the performance and quality of the product. It looses heat after a while, during cooking, which not only spoils the food but also become a headache when one has guests at home. After having several dialogues with Gram and Elgiganten (where we have bought it from), we are now left in the middle of no where. Gram says, this is how our product should normally work. Even if we don't like it, but unfortunately we have to live with a sub-standard cooking-hob.

Poor decision by us, absolutely zero value for money.

Be aware: Gram freezers are not made to freeze unfrozen stuff, but rather just to keep frozen stuff frozen!!!
does that make sense? well…
no one told me this when i bought it, and so will no retailer advise you when asking about a Gram freeze, as they are not aware of this but thats the facts i got in writing from Gram!
besides this, their current freezer parts are no longer manufactured in Denmark but in china (they will deny this, but their engineers who have been by me numerous times revealed it to me) so the reality is that their freezer quality is rubbish and no where near to what it was years ago!
even their customer service is a disgrace, they do not respond to your question or even not respond at all.
i have another 12 year old freezer from Beko which freezes quicker and stronger and i have never had a problem with it compared to this gram that has given me problems since day one and not finished yet!
dont spend three times the price of a Beko for a less reliable machine!
