Their customer service is awful. I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged. I contacted them right away, asking if it was possible to get a refund since I forgot to cancel it, adding that the current pandemic affected me and that would be a significant amount of money for something I don't need right now (at least not for a year).
All I got was a standard answer saying they didn't refund purchases. It was the same exact reply to both of the emails I sent. I am not sure I was talking to a human.
Yes, they can legally do that, but it proves they rely on people forgetting to cancel their trials, an awful, anti-customer practice that only the worst companies on Earth still do. Most companies are more than willing to cancel and give you a refund for a service you don't want.
I would look somewhere else, both as a customer and an investor.
