Bought a Graco product that needed a specific accessory to be used. Later realized that this accessory could not be purchased in Canada so I wanted to return the product which I had purchased on Amazon.ca. However I had thrown the box away and Amazon鈥檚 return window had closed. Contacted Graco. Customer service was very helpful and efficient and they provided me with a return label to return the product directly to Graco for a full refund. Very surprised and pleased with the customer service experience.

We love our Graco seats. We have bought plenty and they are always easy to move and install. My kids are comfy and safe.

From the Graco Baby website I bought 2 expensive child car seats that are good for 10 years from date of manufacture.
One seat was already 15 months old when it arrived. I requested a newer seat and was told no. Seats have 3 year shelf life and there is no guarantee I won't get a 3 year old seat. So I would not be getting a seat usable for 10 years.
Was not allowed to reorder seats at price I paid in Nov 2019. Had to buy cheaper seats because the ones I wanted were a $100 more than original order date.
Buyer beware. Check manufacture date when they arrive. If it's more than a year old send it back.
When I put a Graco requested review on their website it was denied because it was not positive.
