I went to her web site and she told me to western union or moneygram her 580.00 for the puppy and I did so and then a place called Trans Gulf Logistic told me I needed to moneygramd them $997.00 for her to have a heated carrier and that I would get that back except $20.00 . My puppy was coming from Ohio to Chicago to Dallas once my puppy was in Dallas I got yet another email saying that I have to pay an insurance fee of $866.00 and they said that I would get that back as soon as she was delivered to my home so I once again paid with a moneygram and they told me my puppy was on her way to California to be delivered at my home. Then around 6:00 pm they sent me yet another email saying that my puppy had to go back to Dallas for some health issues reasons. I tried calling, email and texts but had no reply. So I called the airline with her flight information and guess what she was never on that flight. So the whole thing was a puppy scam. Thank you for your time and please make sure they don't scam anyone else. I know that I will never get my money back but I have learned my lesson about buying anything online.

They are claiming to be breeders selling Chihuahua puppies and after you western union or wire them the money they quit responding and don't send the animal you paid for. They operate multiple other websites under different names as well.

Puppy scam

I thought I was buyer a tea cup chihuahua from this breeder. I paid through Western Union a $300 deposit. They sent me a Transfer of Ownership agreement. I was to pick up the puppy at their location and pay the balance of $100 due. They then said that they would not allow me to drive the puppy from OH to NC so they insisted that the puppy be shipped to me for an additional $180, which I sent them on March 4. During that day I was waiting for travel details from their transport carrier – Trans-Gulf Logistics at (804)496-1679 website www.transgulflogistics.com – but as the day went along I received word that due to the size of the dog that I would have to pay an additional refundable fee for a heated shipping crate. I approved a transfer thru Western Union for $1369.99 and again waited for further news of the travel details. A few hours later after calling and emailing them repeatedly, I was told that I also needed to pay a refundable insurance fee of over $1700. My bank account was empty so I could not do so. I contacted the breeder only by email as she claims to be hard of hearing. The email address I had been suing to talk with Wendy is [email聽protected] She claimed to have talked with the transport carrier to see if they would agree to a lower insurance amount. She responded that they would not and that the puppy was being returned to her and that we could work out further details. On the morning of March 5 I finally received a return phone call from the transport carrier. I was asking for my money back for the heated crate. I indicated that it was my understanding that they had talked with the breeder and that while she wanted the puppy returned to her, that since I had signed the Transfer of Ownership paper that they could not give the puppy back to her. I knew then that this was all a scam. There never was a puppy. I did play along and asked the transport carrier for an address and phone number for where the puppy actually was at that moment. If it was my puppy, then I will drive to get it. They would not give me the address only to tell me that it is in Richwood OH. They told me that since the breeder had called for the puppy back and that I was asking for the puppy, that they would require both of us to show up at their location to sign paperwork and that I would the. Get my heated crate fee back and could leave with the puppy. I then emailed the breeder with questions and indicated that I felt this was all a scam and that I would be taking legal action. I have filed fraud claim with my bank and I have started a fraud claim with the Richwood OH police department.
