Grabz

Not good
9 days have passed since i purchased a laptop and monitor. No delivery confirmation/tracking or information, not answering their phone or returning emails.

I purchased a computer monitor on 23 May 2019. when I didn't receive the goods, I emailed them and was told by a guy called "Wade' who emailed me back from their [email protected] website that their suppliers had 15 days before they followed things up. I have sent several emails now… no reply. I have phoned their number…automated and no option to speak to a person. It is 2 months since I have paid in an online bank transaction (just glad I didn't give them credit card details) …I am now going to pursue through my bank security ..as I also believe that I have between scammed! Do not buy from them. They are convincing. Have address in Auckland. When you check it out you get pictures of a department store. Phone number. GST registered. Layby options etc…
Update-I accepted I won't get my money back. I have notified Netsafe. They said they've received other complaints about Grabz but can't do anything as it is an online purchase. I have laid a complaint with the Commerce commission. They've had other complaints about Grabz. My concern is they still popup as legitimate site when you google nz products…& they are still sending me advertising for things to buy. I am no longer purchasing online. This is clever scam . Be warned.

Warning, don't purchase anything from this trader! Goods don't arrive after the 15 day estimate, no follow up emails or tracking number. Realized that this was a bogus, scam site – contacted bank to dispute transaction. Bunch of crooks!

Out of business and still taking orders

This company has been taken off Amazon and Trademe, but is still operating their NZ website and taking orders without delivering them.
Phone is disconnected and emails go nowhere.
Reported to NZ Commerce Commission, and looks like the owner is being investigated in Australia as well.

Scam website, do not buy anything from them, you will get a bunch of automated messages and will be unable to get in contact with anything, their phone numbers are dead ends, the Australian Grabz is also a scam site.

Edit: I was able to get a refund through disputing the transactions, highly suggest you do the same if you've ordered from the site.
