Terrible response, seriously taken weeks and im still waiting for a response. You cannot call grab one, i really think this company should be put on FAIR GO!! My restaurant voucher is not valid on a Tuesday for lunch even though it clearly states that they are open from Tues to Sat 12noon to 10pm this is Earl restaurant. I called them and they said they were closed on a tuesday for lunch cannot use voucher for dinner either. Not happy this is terrible service especially when there is many businesses struggling. Grab one i want to hear from you! I want a refund!

Cleaning service was below standard, Grabone would not engage with a complaint without photos (which don't clearly show dirt).
Emails were ignored.

Sixteen days after I ordered, nine days after I was due to receive my goods and four business days since I raised a query with the helpdesk (which says it aims to respond within two business days) and I'm still awaiting my goods, or a refund, or at least a response that isn't an automated email bounceback. The phone line message says they're too busy to answer in a reasonable time, so contact them via, you guessed it, the non-responsive helpdesk. Avoid: I certainly will in future. N.B. Order made and goods due before renewed covid outbreak.

Grab one is an industry that came to post GFC and probably seemed like a good idea initially but I think its worth steering clear off. I have used it when starting a new business, but also as a recipient of gifts (never brought the vouchers myself). I dislike it from both accounts. From a business perspective, its 50% LESS, THEN a third to Grab One. A business that starts off on receiving only one third of the current rates needed, does not make sense. So silly idea to use for a new startup, as people who want everything for nothing, always want everything for nothing, and just do the rounds of vouchers. I was new to the business and thought it was a great idea, but month after month, I started to have so many issues with the clients especially ones who brought many vouchers, then didn't use them in the time frame expiry started to become more and more each month (and at the time most people gave 2 months, I gave 3). I worked full time and had NO restrictions on day time or hour to receive a voucher.
The gift vouchers I received four. One of the 4 was great (my family would buy them for gatherings) one was exactly as if full-paying, but the other 3 were beyond terrible, two were cafes, and the service was disgusting and disrespectful. It was ironic one was a voucher for my birthday to the sort of business I am in, and it was literally THE WORST experience, it was everything that you should and would not do. To me, never again, I don't buy them OR use them in business (don't need to now, I know how to get business). I value, and won't settle for anything but full paying regular clients. I also LOVE to pay full price, to support businesses, and value you that too, and I support people doing a good job. Discounted vouchers are not the way to go for anyone. It creates poorly behaved clients and does not support small business.

WARNING!!! Do not purchase vouchers for Lavish or Lave Cleaning. It is the same person and they tend to switch their names. I purchased a clean which I had to book a month in advance. On the morning they were due, they text me to advise their car had broken down and we would need to reschedule. Well it鈥檚 now been 7 weeks and they are still not replying to my requests to reschedule. I have emailed grab one and must admit they were a little slow to respond. I am now waiting for them to credit my account so I can book with a reputable company.

Worst or the worst service providers. Seems it鈥檚 not cheaper but lesser value. You pay for what you get. Much much lesser value. Service providers have silly terms and conditions. Like massage and pay extra for oil. Like too few hair appointment slots and not you have to book for a 10.30am only so you can get an appointment in 4-5 weeks only. Also now the not so much cheaper price apparently depends upon you length of hair so we may have to pay more. Good thing my wife鈥檚 hair isn鈥檛 that long.

NZ Grabone is good. Email support is fast and efficient. Purchases go wrong because of the businesses Grabone are utilising. I purchased a pair of F9-10 TWS Bluetooth Stereo Bass Earphones. The charging base held it's charge since received for 3wks but that's without using. The earbuds will charge for 10 – 15 mins then stop. Need to manually check often and move each earbud for red light to display to get them charging again.
When they are at 99 % charged, the moment they are taken out of charging base they drop percentage rate very fast giving listening sound time a total of 20 minutes the least if you are lucky enough. The earbuds are too bulky and too big for my ear drums that they don't fit comfortably at all and tend to bounce out onto the floor lol. Such a shame because the stereo sound and outside noise cancel is primo. What a shame the manufacturer didn't work on the quality because they could've made a DECENT profit – Thumbs down 馃憥 Note* Don't ever buy cheap $39 things. You pay for what you get. Cheap and nasty!

Shocking their website froze charged my card twice 370 x 2 refuse to give me a refund offered me grab one vouchers..zero contact by phone no way to get hold of them would never use again. Now $370 down
Also the retailer told me the item i purchased was only valued at the supposedly discoubted price anyway totally ripped off

Avoid this coupon (Lavish Cleaning Services).
Took a while to confirm a booking. On the day, they didn't respond, then responded that they were at the doctor's, and then 1.5 hours later they responded that they couldn't do the cleaning because the doctor told them to stay home.
How convenient in this #coronavirus climate… Trying to get a refund from GrabOne is impossible, of course…

Code didn鈥檛 work – been 7 days & still getting mucked around, call centre is non- contactable as apparently all been away on a training excercise for the last 7 days leaving call centre completely unattended…what a bunch of bs.
Not worth the wasted time & hassle – wasted 4 hours of my life already & still no solution.
Absolute CRAP.

Grab a bargain? Extremely doubtful. The discounts are highly dubious. As an example I bought some solar powered torch garden lights, each one cost $39 on Grabone…just the other day I spotted the exact same torches in Bunnings for $19. Some "deal" when items cost TWICE the normal retail price. Another example was a supposedly discounted car wash, the price turned out to be their regular price. I think the whole thing is a rather dishonest scam to make people believe they are getting great deals when in fact the are paying the same, or in some cases more than the normal price. I will not be using Grabone any more.

After spending over $2,500 worth of vouchers with GRABONE – I had a refund declined for 1x $25 voucher at The Longroom.
We had bought two vouchers for 4 people and turned up 1 day before expiry, sadly of our table had 2 cancelled on us that night & so we couldnt use the second voucher (due to expire the next day giving us no time to make another booking) nor would the merchant accept the $25 difference on the night instead of the $50 voucher amount. So not only did we end up spending $136 anyway but the place had sandflies all over our wine and there were cigarette holes in the cushions. The place has gone down hill.
Grabone also sent an identifcal templated messages twice to both my emails they are either very arrogant or extremely ignorant…GOODBYE GRABONE – ! $25 REFUND REFUSAL JUST LOST YOU OVER $2,500 WORTH OF MORE PURCHASES.

In good faith I registered my credit card with Grab One to make a purchase for a meal at a restaurant.
After that registration, I continued to scroll for other restaurant offers, and while I was doing so, my finger had accidentally touched a purchase TAB as the restaurant advertisements were scrolling rapidly.
Unfortunately for me, all that night and the following day, I had found the Grabone does not have any means or customer service in which to stop the transaction from completing!!! I suspect that they do this on purpose.
My warning and caveat is that anyone could wind up losing their money by such a poor shoddy business practice.
Their phone number is literally bogus, since it continuely answers with a message saying "They are in training" and your phone call gets automatically disconnected!!!
I'm sharing this experience hopefully to warn others of the trouble they can get into by giving out their credit card details to Grab One.

I鈥檓 surprised at all the bad reviews here. I鈥檝e dealt with their customer service twice recently -once due to a mistake I made with an order and then for a wrong product delivered. Both times they were more than helpful, even when the fault was mine the first time. The situation was resolved easily for both scenarios and I was offered a small compensation for their error. Thanks Grab One, a happy customer here!

I will never again order from grabone. I purchased a house wash and the company speckless corp never replied to any of my attempts to book them in. I contacted grabone 3 times regarding but they STILL are trying to sell the same deal with speckless corp. This is unprofessional, and I think considering speckless are not complying with their commitments to the purchased vouchers, Grabone should have removed them as a merchant. Very disappointing in the service.

After buying one of the products, I tried all day to ring and txt the company to book an appointment but no one would answer (there were people working but one of the men was just sitting at the desk Doing nothing) so I tried emailing grabone to let them know, 3 weeks later and still no response

I brought a box of cherries from them thinking that I would get a good deal. They did not arrive for quite a few weeks. I had to call them to get them delivered to me. Then to cherries arrived, they tasted horrible and were overall trash. They are a scam company and ripped me off. Do not buy from them at all.

Grabone I bought a non-stick oven tray with insert it didn't arrive within the allotted time so I waited another week still nothing, so I contacted them and to be fair they responded and said that the delivery guy couldn't find my address, I responded with if he took out his smart phone and went into google maps he could stand outside my address and look at my house, I than added that a smart phone is only as smart as the user, they said that they will ask the supplier to resend the item and supply a tracking number. I monitored the so called tracking number which as it happens didn't move for 15 days, I tried to get hold of grabone again but now they weren't talking it were as if they were children sulking, so I got hold of my bank and reversed the transaction it was only after I did this that the responded with a full refund. Be very careful with this company if they did this to everyone in NZ and nobody responded that would be a cool 120,000,000 stolen from Kiwis.
Always get your money back no matter how small.

When Grabone started they had reasonable deals on products and services. However they have gone down hill so badly they are not trustworthy or worth the hassle to deal with. Most of their products come from the cheapest manufactureres from aliexpress and alibaba. Absolute rubbish quality. I had a pvc product sent to me that was so toxic a governement department analysed it and found it to be illegal to import. Grabone doesnt care. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Just google all the complaints levied against Grabone. Theyre fined all the time for breaching the law. Avoid them.

I had carpet and car cleaning valet service from grab one…
They turned up 2 hours late, moved the electric seats back to clean the front carpets, and now the seat doesn't move forward and they didn't clean the back of the car…never said a word. The windows had a quick wipe leaving smears everywhere, just a really bad job so disappointing for $69
The guy cleaning the car was very strange…don't use them.
