I bought an item in July, and never received it. I emailed customer services and received an automated response promising my issue would be resolved in 3 days. It wasn't. I emailed again, no response. I called the telephone number listed on their website, no response and no facility to leave a message. The line just rings, very unusual for a company, you usually have a recorded message at least.
I emailed in excess of 10 times more, no response. I have written to the company requesting my money back, no response. I bought an item that has not been received and this company has refused to give me any service, surely this is theft??
Avoid this company at all costs.

,I have been waiting 4 months for a 拢10 refund. I have sent the parcel back twice, the first time it came back after a month with a (not at home) sticker on it, i have sent 2 proof of postage certificates to them all they keep on saying to me is they have not recieved anything.The second time i sent the parcel back i used the freepost form they sent me and they still say they have not recieved it.

I ordered an item on 4th Dec 11, when it had not arrived 2 weeks later I contacted them only to be told that there had been a delay in sending out and that it was sent on 16th Dec – intime for xmas. Xmas came and went without the item turning up – I emailed and they said it was sent and that I'd have to post a form to them to advise not received so I could get a refund – this was done on 8th JAN 12, no refund to date despite my emails and 1 response from them saying my refund was being processed over 6 weeks ago – I am just glad it was only a 拢4 wasted – AVOID THESE SCAMMING B**T*RDS!
It is also worth noting that I bought a set of "Professional Paint Brushes" from them a couple of years ago which I recently spotted in Poundland. – Quality!!!

In the past I have ordered things from GrabitNow and received them with no problems. However the last items I ordered never arrived and emails are ignored and telephone calls are met with lie after lie. Looks to me like this company is going bust so be very wary of ordering anything from them.

I ordered an item from grabitnow.com on 27th November. It stated it would take 3-5 working days to be delivered. It is now New Years Eve and nothing! I emailed them on the 10th December and they replied stating there had been a delay in posting but I should get it in a week. I have since emailed them and they will not respond. Checking reviews online it looks as if everyone has problems with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Faulty item sent (it never worked at all). Returned as per instruction but no refund.
I've contacted them about 20 times over the past 3 months and they have the same response – "we'll put it to accounts and you'll have a refund in the next few days" – but it never comes. Tried to speak with a manager / supervisor and was told that they were tied up, but would phone me back – but guess what – no return call.
I looked them up on the web, and they're part of Nettexmedia (tel no 01202 674050), so I gave them a call directly – but I nearly fell off my chair when I recognised the voice of the person who answered the phone – the same person who answers the GrabitNow phone! Looks as if it could be a two bit operation.
From my experience, I can only conclude that this firm must either be totally incompetent, or acting in a fraudulent manner – but either way, they have no interest in customer care or fair trading.
Be warned, and do not purchase anything from this firm.

having sent an item back, after contacting them ,it is now 5 weeks later and i have not had a refund.also they are not responding to my emails.when i try to phone i get a no number sound.does anyone have any number other than the one on the website?very disappointed with this company.

Returned an item following their instructions on their website. Sent proof of posting but they refuse to refund as it did not arrive and they have an approach which once you have complained they ignore you completelyand refuse to comment on the detail on their website. So no refund and no way of communicating. Should be called Ripoffnow.com. Their products are not great either.

I sent an itme back to the address they have on their very own web site as their returns address, and I am told I cannot have a refund because it is the wrong address. They ignore any email when I ask them if they have actually checked their own website. They are operating in a totally unacceptable manner, Avoid them like the plague. Their prices only reflect their poor quality items.

I have retuned an item following the details on their website – including a returns address from their web site. the item has not arrived, I have sent proof of posting but they will not refund saying it is the wrong address. I got the address of their own website. It is unbelievaable.
