We鈥檝e waited a while to post this review just to ensure that nothing would crop up to change our opinion – it hasn鈥檛.
From start to finish it has been a pleasure working with this company. In September 2020 we did some searches to find quotes for quartz worktops as the quotation we鈥檇 had from a big name kitchen company appeared a little high. We loved the fact that we could get an idea by using an online calculator and were even more impressed when Sophie contacted us the day after to say that she had looked at what we鈥檇 entered and suggested that one piece could actually work out cheaper by classifying it as a window cill. She also looked at a photo of the worktop we鈥檇 been quoted for and sent us a sample which arrived next day and was an exact match for what we wanted but significantly less expensive than the other company. The surveyor arrived spot on time and was very efficient and professional, making some suggestions for adjustments to our requirements.
Having made the order Sophie invited us to visit when the actual piece was delivered to the yard before they started cutting it to make our order, just to be sure we were happy with it.
The installers also arrived spot on time and again were very professional, getting the job done quickly, efficiently and very cleanly (as cleanly as possible with the amount of dust created by this kind of work!)
Sophie and Paige in the office were brilliant to deal with and ensured that, rather than being yet another pain in the new kitchen experience, it was actually pain free – and we had a good laugh as well; they are an absolute credit to an excellent company.

I can鈥檛 recommend this company enough! I am so so happy with my new quartz worktops and they look amazing in my new kitchen! From the quality of the products, to the service from the fitters and the exceptional customer service from the lovely ladies in the office (Paige and Sophie), I have been highly impressed with the whole experience of working with GQ 馃槉

Absolutely over the moon with my new quartz worktops. This company was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Everyone has been very professional and the install team very tidy and the finish is just WOW! Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! Customer service is second to none, from my initial contact with Sophie right through to the fitters! Easy to get hold of, very pleasant to liaise with and extremely helpful. Most of all our worktops look incredible. I was also very impressed with how quickly the worktops were installed. If your looking to get quartz work surfaces this is the place to go!

I have no hesitation in giving GQ Worktops 5 stars because they really are an excellent company. I used the website to calculate an estimate of costs (based on my measurements), not only was it a very good it was more or less what I paid for the worktops. The Sales Manager Paige was incredibly helpful, she sent me samples of worktops which allowed me time to choose and ask others opinion, she answered all my emails immediately yet I never felt pressured to make a decision. The surveyor arrived exactly when he said would, he was friendly and knowledgeable. The fitters also arrived on time and were wonderful! The quality of their work and the worktops, I can only describe as perfect, it has made such a difference to my kitchen. I would be happy to recommend GQ Worktops to my family and friends, they are a company of lovely people who provide a quality service and an excellent product.

Not many companies get 5 star but GQ Worktops thoroughly deserve each and every one. Top quality service that starts with Paige and Sophie. These girls are a credit to the company, incredibly knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. The stonemasons are great, conscientious and clean up before they leave. If you are thinking of using GQ then buy with confidence. Top guys and gals.

Great Company. Worktops even better than imagined. My wife is over the moon which is even better. They made it really easy. Clean, tidy, and both survey & fitting were done to suit us. The ladies in the office made things simple too…Easy 5 stars.

The best company I ever dealt with! Did what they said, the website is very accurate and not exaggerated. The office staff (first point of contact) are efficient, professional and helpful. I tested the samples first -after Paige's suggestion; booked in, and got delivered my chosen quartz worktops by 2 polite guys who worked so carefully and respectfully the whole day -I am truly amazed. No damage, no mess – just a transformed kitchen which I can't stop smiling in!!!

Excellent from start to finish! Paige was brilliant in helping us find the right product and managed to get us from quote to installation within a week. Absolutely love the product, very happy we went with GQ worktops.

I recently had my large island unit worktop replaced by GQ worktops. Paige, in the office was extremely helpful and friendly and the tenplaters and fitters were all very friendly and efficient. The worktop was fitted within days & everything was left very clean. A great job at a very reasonable price. The only issue to be aware of is that the templater has to be paid in cash (拢60) & GQ don鈥檛 accept card payments so you have to pay be bank transfer but they don鈥檛 ask for this until the work is finished so it鈥檚 nothing to worry about as long as you have access to online banking. Would definitely use again and recommend them.

We had a new breakfast bar and worktops fitted about a month ago. The price quoted was the lowest we'd received, the professionalism and workmanship was second to none and I genuinely cant fault any part of our customer journey.
My kitchen looks gorgeous and everyone that has seen it comments on the granite worktops.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending gq qorktops, and would use them again, but I doubt we'll ever need to replace our granite 🙂

Exceptional service from GQ worktops. Came in December to measure and make templates in a Friday afternoon .. the following Wednesday they arrived with worktops to fit!!! Beautiful worktops fitted fantastically and the customer service is above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend GQ or purchase again from them.

I was recommended Gq worktops and phoned them and spoke to a very polite lady who straight away said she would send me some samples which turned up the next day . Once we had decided what product to go for I contacted them and the install was arranged for the following week.The two fitters turned up and did not stop working, Well what a result AMAZING I cannot rate Gq worktops high enough , forget 5 out of 5 stars I would rate them 10 out of 10
And will be using them again and have already recommended them

What a fab experience from first call to fitting!!
A very fast service with plenty of comms along the way.
Samples arrived next day, template/survey scheduled within a few days and fitted a few days later.
The stone masons were nice guys who kept the house really clean inside and out and ensured the fitting was to our preference.
The finished worktop is stunning and far cheaper than other companies!!
Lastly I must mention Paige and Sophie in the office. They are extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly!!
I can't recommend GQ worktops enough!

What a pleasure! Dealing with Paige and GQ Worktops was a really great experience from start to finish. Paige was always accomodating of my requests and constant date changes, and on survey and install, the team were friendly, helpful and explained everything very carefully. I know have a beautiful worktop and all delivered in supremly quick time. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
