I keep all my routers, switches and computers up to date and run my virus, malware and scanning software on a weekly schedule. I knew I was being played hung up the phone dropped the connection and rebooted my computer ran malware, and ransomware scan. I then downloaded Garmin Express Software for windows 10 at the real Garmin web site. installed all the Garmin 51 updates for free with no issues at all.

If you have Garmin and google Garmin express, this site will likely be on top. As soon as you go the site, online agent will start asking question and ask for your model and phone # so they can assist you. Then representative ask you bunch of questions in Indian accent (no offense here. That's was the person I spoke) then he will ask you to go to "GoToAssist.com" and makes you download this program. This is remote-access program that allows the rep to control your PC. He will run few things on your machine and will say your drivers are "expired" (which they didn't. In fact, I am updating the maps using the program downloaded from Garmin website) and they will say you will need to purchase the drivers. When you ask them why they say driver is something that continually expiring. I realized they are scammer and hung up.
